Honestly, I feel like the good reviews have to be fake... as my experience was the same as all of the other 1 star reviews. I felt as if the office was extremely dirty and it felt unsanitary, to the point that I tried to walk out and just leave before my "cleaning" but ran into the assistant and was pressured into staying. THE WORST CLEANING I HAVE EVER HAD. She literally just jabbed the pick thing into my gums so hard and so fast, flossed, rinsed and that was all. IT WAS LEGIT AGGRESSIVE. I usually bleed from dental, but this was EXTREME. I could taste how much blood was in my mouth. Not to mention how fast and aggressively she also flossed. They didn't use the scrubby thing or show any care or concern. THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME A TOOTHBRUSH. Most un-dentistlike dentist I have ever been to. I get if you're short staffed or rushing or whatever, but this was a complete waste of my time. They tried to schedule me a follow up exam and I said absolutely not, I will not be returning. Save your money, save your time, save your mouth... go somewhere else.

Went in for new denture in sept 2020. They told me 12 weeks. Ok. I received the denture in Feb2022. They never fit. I complained. Why did it take so long? Because they send to. a lab in CHINA. It's ok to have extractions. But anything that must be done in a lab. BEWARE. If I could have I would have given 0 STARS.

Great office, been coming here for years. Dentist is Very personable and they actually seem to care, unlike some medical centers.

Im very pleased with all the work ive had done and the dentist whos been doing all my dental work is awsome.Ive recommend a few people there also.The staff is very nice also i have nothing negative to say at all.

I went in for just an exam for my wisdom teeth, and they did it that day. I was honestly surprised. They were all super friendly, and very helpful. Still recovering but he did a great job, super funny too. Had a few good laughs. Also I'm amazed by all the bad reviews, I wasn't waiting long at all, and no one was rude to me. They even called 3 days ahead to remind me of my appointment.

Been going here for a few years and the only thing that is not great, is wait time. They will definitely take care of you, but it will likely take longer than you think. They are usually able to get you an appointment quickly if you are in pain. Also, unlike most places, if they can do the work the same day as your consult, they will. I reccomend them to all my family and friends. The Dentists are all very nice. So is the rest of the staff. I always get a reminder call a day or 2 before an appointment.

I was very happy with this dentist office. The staff was very friendly. I especially want to give my dentist a big thank you! I went in ready to have my teeth pulled for dentures which was devastating to me. After the dentist looked at my teeth and chart he said I'm not pulling your teeth for no amount of money. At my surprise I found out that I didn't need to have dentures in the first place. He reassured me that my teeth aren't as bad as I thought and can be fixed without such drastic measures. I appreciated his honesty for saving me money and grief. Good job Alpha Dental!!

Office lied to usabout accepting insurance. changed appointments without calling to inform us . Then waited untill the last minute of the day of the extractiin appointments to tell us they do not accept the insurance. That they specifically told us they did when locating the dentist in the first place . Staff are very inconsistent, inconsiderate and, unprofessional. Do not waste your time with them because they will happily waste yours.

I can't even get an appointment because no one answers the phone. When someone does they just put you on hold and hangup. Terrible service.

Seems good place just wait time was ridiculous have a appointment at 1 get here 10 min early and it is now 1:35 and still waiting........

I didn't want to do this, but l have to. l had 11am appointment 10/18, got there 30 minutes before the time. I was checked into room #1 for x-ray and deep cleaning @ 11:05am. Nobody attended to me for the service l went in for. I had to leave after waited for 1hr 18minutes. My experience with Alpha Dental was terribly terrible. l have a good medical insurance- PPO, not Medicaid, so to say. They messed up my other appointments for the day; l left disappointed. You can make your choice.... I have made mine.

SLOWEST dentist in the entire world. Do not go here. The wait time is astronomical every single time. You'll sit for almost an hour and a half to two whole hours before you get in.

Do NOT go here unless you want to be waiting HOURS in the waiting room for your appointment. The wait time is unreal here it's absolutely ridiculous. Go to another dentist I'm telling you. Nobody will ever have this long of a wait time.

Update: it has now been over 1 year and they won't even call us back. FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST! If you like to wait, this is the dentist for you. We have been working on getting partials for my mother in law for months. The visit today was the last straw. Every appointment takes hours. One time they even forgot about her in a room for over 30 minutes. (That was a 3 hour visit) This time they didn't even have her lower partial to try on, it is in China. (Keep in mind the appt was to fit her partials) When I complained to the front desk, they couldn't offer any help. I asked to speak to a manager, it took 15 minutes and two calls to get someone to talk me. When the manager came to see me, she spoke to me in the middle of the waiting room until I questioned her about her practices. She brought me back to her office to speak in private. As soon as we walked in the office, she slapped the patient file on her desk and started with a condescending attitude. I felt as if I had been sent to the principal's office. I can't believe they are still in business. I had to leave the office because it is not worth my time to hear excuses with no attempt to work on a solution for the future. BTW the reception area was full of patients having the same issues. Oh and I found out she is the owner, it will never get any better.

This is the WORST dentist I have ever been to in my entire life. Do not waste your time here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just look how absolutely terrible the reviews are AND the wait time is RIDICULOUS. You wait two and a half hours before they even ask to see you. This is the worst dentist around. Find another one, I promise you'll regret coming here
