Isabele is an excellent hygienist. She is very thorough and has a great professional and patient caring attitude. She is an asset to the Alpers team. Tina and is excellent too!

Updating my review because 1) I never got the $50 credit they promised me for a positive review. 2) After starting to use a laser on my gums my hygienist mentioned it was not covered by insurance and I would be required to pay the full $75 for the service after she started the work. After that I asked both the hygienist and Tina at the front desk to not do work that is not covered without speaking to me first. When I went back a couple months later I clarified before leaving the lobby to go in the back that we were not doing anything that wasn't covered. I was assured everything for that visit would be covered. A month later I get a bill for the full visit because it was not covered by my insurance. I called Tina and she said she could maybe work with me on the charge, but then proceeded to charge me the full amount. After a year of going here and recommending this place to friends and family I was hoping to be treated a little better.

I can't remember the girls name who cleaned but she was fantastic. I absolutely hate the dentist and she could tell I was very anxious. She kept taking breaks and explained everything she did. She was absolutely great. Her friendliness and compassion for hating the dentist made my visit not so terrible!

I had an emergency implant issue - called in at 1030am. It was an incredibly busy day with multiple emergencies. Tina super admin staff said come in at 4pm and we will work you in - you may have to wait a bit. I had to wait about one minute! Was taken to room, Dr Alpers came in several minutes later. Told him what happened - took x-ray and pix of tooth. Did the necessary treatment - he is so calm with exceptional surgical skill and repaired the tissue effectively. I thanked him and team for working me in on an incredibly busy day and mending my tooth. He kindly patted my shoulder and said - that's what we're here for - to help you. OK - that is pretty fabulous care by a terrific caring dentist and team! Thank you!
