Dr. Stephen Alouf and our staff of exceptionally trained dental professionals will ensure that your experience lives up to your high expectations and ours. We will explain every step of your treatment, be sure you understand your aftercare instructions and educate you about how your procedure fits into your comprehensive dental treatment plan.
Dr. Stephen Alouf earned his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and completed dental school at Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, and the Roanoke Valley Dental Society (past president). Dr. Alouf is a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the International College of Dentists. He earned a Mastership in the Implant Prosthodontic Section of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and is a member of the Southeastern Academy of Prosthodontics.
Dr. Alouf is accomplished in many advanced cosmetic and implant procedures including CEREC same-visit crowns, veneers, tooth re-contouring, bonding, implants, dentures and implant supported-dentures as well as routine dental procedures.
Dr. Alouf is co-denture director for the Virginia Dental Association Foundation's Mission of Mercy Project, and he volunteers several times a year at MOM events throughout the state of Virginia. In addition, Dr. Alouf has been volunteering at the Bradley Free Clinic in Roanoke for more than 20 years. A native of Roanoke, Dr. Alouf resides in the valley with his wife, Regina, and two daughters, Jordan and Jenna.
VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION DAY IS April 20th. Through the years our team has donated many hours volunteering with the Virginia Dental Association Foundation Mission of Mercy project. The Mission of Mercy (MOM) projects are conducted in identified, underserved areas of the state where there are not enough dental practitioners to adequately address the oral health needs

This group is deleting reviews that are unfavorable. Totally immoral. Welcome to the drug addicted and infection prone MD. Great if you want permanent disfiguration or repeated surgery. Hey Dr. Greg, we know you had pill issues in the past, maybe time to get re-evaluated!!! And or wash your hands when you perform surgeries.

Everyone is really friendly and has been very kind to me and understanding of my anxiety when it comes to having dental work done. it's such a relaxed and non chaotic atmosphere.

I have always had a fear of the dentist as a result of a bad experience as a child so much so I feel sick! What a wonderful surprise and relief my visit today was!! Very kind and gentle! I have another appointment soon and I no longer dread or feel fearful! Thank you so much!

Every staff member is friendly and treated me with respect and understanding. Dr. Alouf understands my fears and my quick gag reflex and I feel very comfortable with the whole experience. I have recently moved to Richmond and am willing to make the 3-hour trip to continue as Dr. Alouf's patient.

Friendly Staff, Clean & Classy environment, incredible "chair side" manners! Today i just had xrays & an evaluation while my better half had her first root canal done. I am excited and happy we have made our move to a new dentist and am looking forward to making my smile shine again. Thank you to the dentist & staff. You folks are incredible. Most importantly thank you for treating us like human beings and not making us feel belittled for simply wanting to get our teeth fixed and out of dental pain. You folks rock! Seriously!!!

There are two types of dentists, the ones you have to go to, and the one you want to go to. Dr. Alouf is one you want to go to. I have known Dr. Alouf for over three years and recently had surgery, and prosthetics installed. It is not easy to go thru such an ordeal but Dr. Alouf and his staff made it as comfortable and easy as possible. I travel over 80 miles from home to see him and would travel as far as it takes. I can't say enough about Dr. Alouf and his staff.
