Worst dental office ever, got a crown for a tooth that they kept pushing to do, after 6 months it chipped and cracked. Went back and now they are no longer aloha but burg family dentistry. They would not warranty the crown and says after 90 days there is nothing they can do. I paid over a $1000 for the crown and work done just to have it break in 6 months. This dental company is just a big SCAM!! Stay very far away from these scammers!

Do not trust them any more they hired a new dentist and the services went to hell in a hand basket. Before it was the best everything great Dentist, hygienist, prices, staffers, they would always be helpful and, very clear on payment/insurance. After the new Dentist came he tried to scam me and my insurance I reported him as I was a single mother trying to make ends meat. They filled my front teeth and the fillings came right out. He tried to lie and say there was a bunch of cavities when I only had 3 the time before he took over. Then when I caught on to them trying to beef up the cavities and root canals, when my son has no cavities that was it I left them never went back!! Horrific bill of 800.00 for no reason. I didn't have to pay.

They were very kind. I have 11 children and can't stand docyors that have policies that require I take a lot of time off work because they only allow 3 kids at a time per day. They allowed me to bring all my kids at the same time. THE environment was peaceful and fun for kids. Everyone was nice and my kids loved it. They explained everything about my kids exams and went over all chgs gave me a print out.

This clinic overcharges the insurance, and whatever the insurance doesn't cover, they bill you for it. I would pay copays upfront because they had checked with my insurance what my out of pocket costs would be, then several months after the procedure was done, I would still have a balance from the insurance not paying. Well, last time I had something done with them was in 2015. They sent me a bill, I paid it and thought I was done with them. Never went back. More than 3 years later, they send me a bill saying I still owe them and that a payment is due to them on 3/29/19...after my last time seeing them was on 7/20/2015. They are such crooks! Stay away!

Tried calling today at 11:17 to reschedule my appointment. I called about 20 times in arrow and still nobody answers! The time on here says 7a.m - 1p.m. this is totally stupid. Anybody know of a better dentist? Seems to me all they wanted to do is get as much money out of me!

Workers are very nice but their hours are not accommodating for working parents. They are closed on Fridays.

Swallowed pints of blood maybe from getting 3 cavities fixed. They gave me no gauze.

Tried calling today at 11:17 to reschedule my appointment. I called about 20 times in arrow and still nobody answers! The time on here says 7a.m - 1p.m. this is totally stupid. Anybody know of a better dentist? Seems to me all they wanted to do is get as much money out of me!

They are super friendly. The ladies at the front desk are friendly, and fast. Dentist is amazing. Friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend them.

Very friendly staff. Was my kids first visit. My three year old did great and the hygienist worked with her and explained things really well to her. My one year old was not a fan but the staff worked well and quickly with him. The wait was a little long but overall good experience.

For year's my family have used aloha dental ever since they opened and I will not go any where else but Aloha because they are not only really friendly and professional but also very kid friendly...Thank u aloha...
