Dr. Packham graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University in June 1990, and first in his class at Oregon Health Sciences University(OHSU) School of Dentistry in 1994with clinical honors and a 3.98 GPA. Dr. Packham established his dental practice in Aloha, Oregon in 1995, following a one year residency in general dentistry at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Packham and his wife Allison have five beautiful daughters and recently celebrated their 25th anniversary.
