Dr.NadiaArain was awarded her DDS degree from University of Illinois Chicago School of Dentistry. She has practiced as a general dentist and has enjoyed several years as an adjunct professor at Midwestern University College of Dentistry. Dr. Arain believes that gentle and compassionate dentistry leads to the most beautiful results. She lives in the western suburbs with her husband and three kids.
Debbie attended Southern Illinois University earning her Dental Hygiene degree and a Bachelors in Education joining this practice in 1985. Keeping up with new techniques and technologies evolving dentistry, but always focused on individual patient care and health has been the essence of her career. Outside of the office, she is kept busy with seven grandchildren and home improvement projects.
Carmen has been a dental hygienist for ten years. Through patient education and encouragement, he enjoys establishing trusting relationships with his patients, helping improve their oral health and achieve a smile they love. When not in the dental office, Carmen likes going to Wrigley to cheer for the Cubs, travel the globe, and attend classes to further his knowledge in the profession of dental hygiene.
Daisy is a wonderful mother of 3. She has been in the dental field for 3 years now as an assistant and is absolutely passionate about her job. On her free time, she loves to read books with her children and take them to the movies often.
Daisy joined the Aloha Dental team in 2010. She assists hygienist(s) clinically when needed, but you will also see her involved in front desk duties. She enjoys working with patients and seeing the joy that the team brings to them. Daisy has two beautiful children that mean the world to her. She enjoys going to the park and beach with them.
Diana is dedicated to our continued improvement and ensuring the best patient experience at our dental office. She received her degree in Mechanical Engineering and her M.S. in Manufacturing from Southern Illinois University, where she met Dr. Ben. Diana is passionate about continuous improvement and has acted as a change agent in multiple engineering consulting projects. She has a vast experience in the automotive and transportation industries and now enjoys working with patients and the team. Diana loves cooking, running, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

I've had excellent visits with Dr. Baptist. I get very anxious with dental work and Dr. Baptist cares to make me feel comfortable. He is patient, takes as much time needed and walks me through the whole procedure to ensure I have a great experience and don't feel nervous. I got a new bridge and Dr. Baptist did an amazing job at making it look natural. He also filled my other teeth so they can balance with my bridge and that has made me feel confident to engage in conversations. I am very thankful to Dr. Baptist for caring and wanting to give me the best dental work. His dental assistants are very patient, attentive and friendly. His office staff are nice and they explain everything so clearly.

Dr. Baptist and his staff are professional, friendly, honest and accommodating. Though I could have much work done, Dr. Baptist is honest to communicate what is on the 'watch list' versus what is necessary to get done. I have never been pressured into having work done that is not necessary. Super friendly staff that make you feel comfortable. The hygienists are awesome. You will leave feeling squeaky clean smiling on the way out.

Hello, Dr Baptist is my new dentist! My dentist of more than 20 years retired and I thought I would never find a dentist in whom I could place such confidence. I was so wrong!!! Dr Baptist did 3 hours worth of work on my molars and I felt nothing!!!!! He and his assistant explained everything as they went along and made me so comfortable. He kids about being such a perfectionist but most people want that in the dentist! I know I do!!! I am so grateful my niece recommended Dr Baptist and his team!! I highly recommend him to others .. ....especially chickens like me so afraid of pain!!!! Aloha!!!!

Very caring group! Covid sensitive and reasonable with pain. I'ma sensitive gum person and never feel bad or out of place. They are kind and gentle. I would definitely recommend.

Whether due to poor bedside manner, lack of professional courtesy, aggressive efforts to upsell, shoddy workmanship, inadequate technique, failure to provide estimates, or all of the above -- I could not find a dentist nor dental group to stay with until now. I'm not the easiest patient yet Aloha Dental's Associates checks all the boxes. Mahalo!!

Great service starting with the ladies at the customer service, to the assistants, all of them!!! My whole family goes with them and they are always super sweet and accommodating with our requests. Great Staff! Very patient with lil ones and even adults!!! Highly recommended.

First time there...and in rush to be seen as post and crown fell out. Dentist could not have been nicer. Referred me to oral surgeon and her staff even booked the appointment and handled insurance for me. Booked my husband for his regular check-up on spot.

Dr. Baptist is extraordinary!! I have never had a dentist who so clearly explains exactly what he is going to do and why he is gping to do it. All of the staff at Aloha are truly caring and professional in their role: from Carmen a stellar hygienist, Steven and Lydia the most competent dental assistants, to the front and back office staff, this team makes dental care most pleasurable. When my 92 year old mother recently woke up on a Friday morning in exquisite pain, Aloha was able to see her within a couple of hours. Her infection was quickly assessed for a sameday referral for a root canal. Even though my mom is legally blind, extremely hard of hearing and needs assistance moving even with her walker, the patience, kindness, and compassion she received at Aloha was unbelieveable. We give Aloha Dental our highest recommendation without any reservations whatsoever.
