Experience With fourhighly trained doctors, we are able to offer our patients many services in our practice that allow them to stay right here for their care. This includes oral surgery, implant placement and restoration, Invisalign treatment, interceptive orthodontic treatment, pediatric dental care, root canal treatment, and geriatric care. Our doctors are trained to diagnose bite and temporomandibular (TMJ) joint problems, and are highly trained in cosmetic and reconstructive care.
Technology We offer the most up-to-date dental technology for our patients, with diagnostic lasers, CAD/CAM crowns and bridges, digital impressions, and the highest quality of dental materials. We also offer low-radiation digital X-rays and the latest in computer technology.
Growing up with my father as a dentist and my mother as an artist, I learned that dentistry was the perfect way to combine my love of science, artistry, and connecting with people. There is nothing more important to me than building long term relationships with my patients and creating beautiful smiles at the same time.
There are also very few places in the world that have as much heart, compassion, and love of community as central Michigan. Every day I feel our doctors and team are making a difference in the health and lives of our patients. It is why I chose to become a dentist and it continues to be what motivates me every day.
Continuing Education has always been my passion. I devote multiple days a year learning the latest in cosmetic dentistry, treatment planning, technology, new techniques, and dental materials so I can provide state of the art quality care for our patients.
As an Alma native, I have been blessed to live, work and raise my family here with my husband, Dr. Rich Frutiger. When I am not practicing you will find me spending time with my family and friends, gardening, doing art projects, exercising, and traveling.
I have always been very involved with keeping current regarding our profession. I am committed to continuing to enhance my skills through advanced training. I have attended numerous seminars on dental implants and continue to take several courses each year to evaluate different and new techniques.
I am part of Spear Education in Scottsdale, Arizona and a member of theirFaculty Club. This helpsme keepcurrent with an evolving dental field, and gives us the best information to treat our patients comfortably and with excellent care. While I feel that being exposed to cutting-edge technology is very important as a dentist, I also feel that one must make good decisions when selecting new techniques to make sure they are the best treatment for our patient family.
I am a native of Almaand so happy to live, work, and raise my family in this wonderful community. My wife Jeanette and I have three children: Graham, Jackson, and Leah. We also have a dog named Benny. I enjoy outdoor activities and am an avid biker, fisher, hunter, hiker, and skier. As a family, we also enjoy snowmobiling and skiing when we can.
I grew up in Alma as well as in this practice, and to be practicinghere is almost like returning home. I look forward to helping improve the lives of our patients in the Alma and mid-Michigan community through high-quality dental care. I enjoy working with children and adults to achieve their optimal oral health.
Throughout the year I attend numerous continuing education classes with Spear Education in Scottsdale, Arizona in treatment planning, occlusion, restorative dentistry, and sleep medicine. The field of dentistry is rapidly changing as technology continues to advance. A member of the Spear Faculty Club, I am able to provide the best experience for my patients by improving my skills and knowledge.

Today was my first visit at this practice as my previous dentist in St. Louis abruptly retired. After having visited with Leslie and the doctor this morning, I now realize my previous dentist was simply "phoning it in" his last year and wasn't really doing all he could as far as effort. This office was impressive. Very thorough, friendly, communicative, gentle, accommodating and understanding. All this in one of the cleanest facilities I have seen in a long time. I am hyper-aware of my surroundings when it comes to cleanliness and this office is a tightly run ship. Bright and organized, immaculate. Please don't change any of this about Heritage. I was impressed enough that I plan on staying here for many years to come. Thank you.

My five review comes from my experience working with the team over the past three days on software training and workflow efficiencies. If I lived in Alma this is where I would go for oral health care. The doctors and team of dental professionals are here to serve patients with care, respect, and amazing dentistry. I loved working with everyone. They love what they do and have fun doing it.

My husband called due to him having an abscessed tooth. When he was told that the emergency fee was $300 and when he said he didn't have that the receptionist rudely said okay and hung up. Not a single inquiry about scheduling a later date. Hung up on because we didn't have $300
