Genuinely the best dentist I have ever been to, and I hate dentists. I don't even want to leave a good review because it would mean they get busier and can't see me as freely as they do now I've never met a staff I'd be so willing to personally go out and get lunch with. 5/5

General dentistry seems OK. But it seems like some of the providers are out to make money and not help people. I was sold an expensive piece of dental equipment and was told months later by another provider in this practice that this type of dental equipment will NEVER work in my mouth and should never been sold to me. I was also told that this specific item is useless (I agree 1000000% after having it, i cant even use it) and only works at 5% for chewing, which was the main reason I had purchased it and was told I'd be able to chew using this device-I can NOT. I'm disappointed that this would have ever happened, and it seems impossible to get a refund on this useless piece. Beware, and get a second opinion before agreeing to something. Lesson Learned. ***Its been 6 days since they said they'd reach out to me and they have NOT ***

LUIS is the nicest guy!!! ( I think hes the nurse who helps with take ins or hes just a resep but who cares...BUT!!! He was amazing... how hard he worked for someone he never met.to get me in touch with the right people and I just wanted to say thanks

Similar to another review, I gave my insurance a month ago and was asked to have it verified. I said I was at work and could only do it via text, they said that was ok. I texted a hour later and again, they never responded to confirm. My appointment was this morning and had to cancel as they never got back to me.

Ok, I was told by a hygienist that I qualified for 4 cleanings a year. When I called on April 1, 2022, the receptionist/Hygienist was kinda abrupt with me. As an established patient, I shouldn't have to wait until June for a cleaning. The Doctor cuts his hours which affects the hygienist hours. This place used to be so nice. Hence, the words (used to be). Went in for a cleaning today April 9th and was told there was no hygienist on duty. The Doctor himself was going to clean my teeth so I left. They also don't offer payment plans for crowns which are very expensive.

Thank you to a fabulous staff. From Luis and Roxana taking care of me up front, to Nicole, Amy, and Dr. Mahmood fixing me up out back. Huge shout out though to Amy for making my first time to the dentist a positive experience. See you in 6 months!

I have been using allure dental for 3 years ,always liked it. But my last appointment experience is really bad. I was scheduled on April 10 Saturday 9am ,i was there 8:40 only to find out the door is closed ,so i Googled their hours ,it says closed on Saturday,which is weird. So i went home ,cause i work night shift ,so i have to sleep in the day. When i m almost home ,they called me ,i was driving ,so didn't answer ,they leave a voicemail saying the doctor is waiting for me!!! So i immediately called them back ,no one answered, and i i been calling the whole day ,still no one answer ,and their auto answer line keeps saying ,their opening hours is Monday to friday 8am to 5pm. That is really confusing. If you do open on Saturday ,change your google description on hours and auto answer line. And if you open at 9, at least you need arrange my appointment to 9:20 or later. Am i supposed to go there exactly 9am and waiting for you guys to get ready for me. My time and your time both valuable. Especially that day i m supposed to go to sleep for my night shift work. Last but not least ,no one is answering the phone whole day. I m really disappointed and upset about yesterday's experience. I just saw google reviews ,apparently there was same case before. So if you guys didn't improve your customers service,i have no choice to find another dentist.

Made appointment as a new patient for cleaning more than a month ago. Gave them all my insurance info & was told they accepted Ambetter. Just before my appt finally comes around they say they need my insurance info....told them I gave it as a new patient a month ago. They had wrong insurance put in as mine. I gave my insurance once again then told they dont take nhhealthy families Ambetter, just Medicaid Ambetter. What?? So, after waiting so long to get teeth cleaned they now tell me they can't accept me as new patient. Not happy!!

I had a pleasant experience here the receptionist Ashley has such a pleasant calm demeanor about her. it's nice when you hesitate to try a new office and your greeted by someone like her. Thank you for making it pleasant.

I had them make me new dentures and in 2 years the upper cracked while biting into a grinder..... My previous dentures lasted 15 yrs.

Allure Dentistry and Braces has very friendly people, from the front desk, to the dental assistant, hygienist, all the way to Dr. Mahmood. The entire office is clean and modern and the people make sure you're comfortable and informed. The place doesn't look like much from the outside. It's a small business tucked between a barber shop and a Subway. But the lobby is clean and spacious enough and then the exam room area is amazing.
