Dr. Jeffrey Allred is an experienced and trained dentist proudly serving patients in San Marcos, CA. For years, Dr. Allred has been delivering cosmetic, implant, and functional solutions to his patients in order to repair, restore, and enhance their smiles.

With recognition from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Dr. Allred is well known for his passion and commitment to providing the best possible dental care for every individual. His experience and special methods of implant dentistry allow him to rescue even the most debilitated teeth, helping patients return to a life of enjoying dental health.

Dr. Allred performs a wide variety of dental procedures to restore the aesthetic appearance and/or functionality of his patients smiles. With a specialty in implant dentistry, Dr. Allred offers single-tooth implants, implant dentures, removable dentures, CEREC same-day crowns, and dental bridges. As a part of cosmetic dentistry, he also performs teeth whitening, smile makeovers, smile aligners, and porcelain veneers services. For overall improved oral and dental health, Dr. Allred provides routine dental examinations, cleanings, and digital x-rays.

After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Utah, Dr. Allred went on to gain his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the Virginia Commonwealth University. He then earned his residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital of Salt Lake City, UT where he spent time in the operating rooms, gaining valuable hands-on training with anesthesiologists. He started Allred Dental in 2009 where he has been practicing ever since. Currently, Dr. Allred is certified in California for IV sedation and is an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, as well as a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Allred received his diplomate from The American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry in 2018, naming him an 'Implant Specialist.'

Dr. Allred is a proud member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the California Dental Association, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. In these organizations, Dr. Allred is able to expand and share his knowledge of dentistry both locally and internationally. He has also been recognized with a Patients Choice Award from Vitals.com and several awards for his patient care from Zocdoc.com. Dr. Allred is a diplomate of The ABOI/ID - diplomate designation symbolizes the highest level of competence in implant dentistry.

Aimee is our Registered Dental Assistant and Team Leader, better known as our NINJA. Youll find her in the back office making sure youre comfortable while she is assisting the doctor with your treatment. Aimee has been an RDH for over 5 years and has been with Dr. Allred since the start of her career. Originally from Oregon, she moved to San Diego eight years ago when her husband was stationed here with the Navy. Outside of the office, Aimee enjoys her second job as a barista at Starbucks and spending quality time with her husband and their dog, Grace. She is a lover of food and loves exploring San Diego.

She is one of the first faces you will see when entering our office. She is our newest addition to the team! She's been in the dental field for 3 years. She loves that our office isn't just about teeth - it's about overall health. Outside of work, you will find Eliana spending quality time with her husband and her two children. Or at Target, sipping on some iced coffee. As a personal hobby, Eliana loves to hike or go on long walks to the beach.

Jacqueline is one of our Complete Health Dental Hygienists. She loves what she does. Yes, she cleans teeth, but she also encourages and educates our patients to be healthy from teeth to toes. Outside of helping our patients, Jacqueline enjoys snowboarding with her husband, practicing the piano and playing with her two dogs.

I started my dental career in 2006 as a Registered Dental Assistant and then graduated from the Dental Hygiene program in 2010. Born and raised in Iowa, my family relocated to California to enjoy the weather and escape the brutal Midwest winters. My husband and I have 3 children (8, 5, and 2) and a mastiff name Merle. When Im not working I enjoy hiking, running, and the outdoors with my family.

Mikayla lives for her 5 year older daughter, Ryland! Shortly after having her in 2016, she began her journey through dentistry. Upon receiving her Certification in Dental Assisting she found herself fascinated with the modern innovations and techniques used in the field. Which makes Allred dental the perfect fit for her to continue her career! Mikayla enjoys beach days or Disney trips with her daughter, and is passionate about all things both physical and mental health related.
