Dr. Paul Kollath has grown Allouez Family Dental Center around a friendly, warm feeling focusing on non-aggressive treatment plans with a variety of financial options. He, Dr. Miller, and staff are each highly qualified to provide dental care to people of all ages. When you sit in our chair, we want you to remember the time spent during treatment was easy and comfortable.
Dr. Kollath specializes in children's orthodontics, Invisalign, adult braces, smile design therapy, aesthetic dentistry and dental sleep medicine focusing on snoring and sleep apnea. He is an expert in all phases of of dentistry including root canals.
Dr. Kollath attended the University of Wisconsin at Green Bay, then received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Marquette University. His association memberships include the American Dental Association, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, Wisconsin Dental Association, (g)nathos Orthodontic Study Club and the Brown Door Kewaunee Dental Society.
Dr. Kollath has been married to Cynthia for over 30 years, they have a grown son, Nathan who practices law. The Kollath's enjoy outdoor activities including fishing, skiing, kayaking, golf and scuba diving
Dr. Miller treats the spectrum of family dental and oral health care needs, focusing on cosmetic dentistry. Using modern technologies and techniques including IPS Emax, Empress, Lava, Captek and other porcelain crowns and bridges as well as utilizing the latest in bonding materials to give all your restorations a natural look and feel.
Dr. Miller attended the University of Iowa and University of Iowa College of Dentists where he holds a Masters in Biology and a Doctor of Dental Surgery. He also holds a certificate in advanced education in general dentistry. His dental associations include memberships with the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, Brown Door Kewaunee Dental Society and the local Bayside Dental Study Club.

Excellent staff, appropriate wait times, and low pressure. My cleaning was easy and pain free. Dr. Fama made suggestions and provided options so I could plan for future treatment.

Outrageous prices! $254 for a routine cleaning with insurance??? $600 for two amalgam filings??? Only go there if you want to pay double what dental treatment costs.

I've been going to see Dr. Miller and his staff for a few years now, ever since I went there to get a second opinion after having visited Bellevue Family Dental. I'm glad I did. There was no sales pitch, no Savings Plan to sign up for, and he spent more time with me going over my x-rays than the previous dentist. The cleanings are the most painless I've ever had, and everyone there is very friendly!

I am appalled at the service received by allouez family dental. I had an infected tooth. I was never offered any emergency services, I called daily to be seen for over a month while waiting for the only appointment they had available. I ended up having to go to urgent care to receive antibiotics until I could be seen by a dentist. When I finally did make my appointment, I was seen and scheduled to have work done to repair a broken tooth. Immediately upon scheduling, I explained I worked and would be late for the only available time. I was told, "that's ok, it won't be a big deal". On the day of the appointment, I called to remind them I would be late, and stated where I would be coming from (the drive was minimum 15 minutes). Again, they assured me it would be fine. I rushed from work straight to my appointment, to find they decided to cancel on me and wanted to reschedule. When I spoke to the woman responsible for the scheduling, the same woman I reminded I would be late to, she laughed at nearly everything I said and blamed me for being late. Absolutely unprofessional service from Jean. I will find a new dental office that cares about the wellbeing of the patients they care for, just terrible terrible customer service.

Extremely knowledgeable staff, and very competitive in prices. They have your whole health in mind. I recommend them for anyone who needs a dentist, and that would be anybody. Dr Kollath saved me thousands in unnecessary costs. Very nice people.
