Dr. Allison graduated from Tahlequah High School in 1980. In 1984 Dr. Allison graduated from Northeastern State University where he received a degree in chemistry and a minor in math and biology. Dr. Allison is a 1988 graduate of Oklahoma University College of Dentistry. He completed a one year General Practice Residency Program at Ft. Sill, Ok in the US Army. He was sent overseas during Desert Shield/Desert Storm while stationed in Hohenfels Germany, and after 6 years he completed his military tour at Ft. Hood, Texas as chief of oral surgery.
Dr. Allison has been in private practice here in Tahlequah since 1994. He and his wife Michelle have been married since 1992 and have 4 children, 3 sons and 1 daughter. They are members of Park Hill Baptist Church where Dr. Allison has been teaching the 3rd & 4th grade Sunday School class for 8 years and he also serves as a Deacon. His favorite Scripture is Proverbs 3:5-6. His hobbies include, golf, golf, more golf and going to his children's various sporting events.
Dr. Allison enjoys all aspects of dentistry thus being a General Dentist. Comprehensive dental work not only for adults but children also. His goal is to help each patient in achieving and maintaining long term dental health and a beautiful smile to brighten up someones day. His caring staff delivers great service to make your dental experience pleasant and comfortable.

The red front desk lady ALSO gave my appointment away after 2 month waiting for it. She claimed she sent a text which STILL never came, dishonest and rude! Should be canned ASAP. For all I know she gave my appointment away to people with better insurance or friends of hers. This from recent feedback seems to be a regular occurrence.

Office staff is extremely rude! I waited 2 months for an appointment called to verify the time the older lady snapped at me & said If I didn't know when my appointment was she couldn't help me because she wasn't going through the computer to look so, I told her I knew the day but needed to confirm the time only for her to give my appointment away to someone else the day of, I went to 4 visits and they only fixed one filling in all that time.

Worst experience ever. Very rude dental hygienist and the front desk lady was very unhelpful. Waited over a month to get a second appointment in and then my appt was given away on the day of my appointment. Used an entire day off just for them to give my appt way. Waste of time and money.

I have been a patient from 2008-2014. This is one of the worst dentist out there, some of the work he has done on my teeth has cause long term issues. I wish I had known back then what I know now, would have never step my foot in that office.

Super friendly and proactive team here that is great at problem solving! I came in because I had really bad pain I just could not handle anymore and I left with no pain at all during or after the procedure! Even the numbing process was gentle I was in shock to not even hardly feel a pinch! The dentist was great! He was super proactive, friendly, and made me feel extremely comfortable despite needing a double root canal. I was terrified to have a procedure done because my dentist I went to as a kid was mean, yelled, and would never get me numb enough! I did not feel a thing during this procedure! His assistant was so friendly and patient too! She will absolutely advocate for her patients and come up with the best solutions for them...she is an absolute gem and she truly cares about the patients! Thankful to have found this place and I will definitely be bringing the whole family here from now on!

I just returned home from Dr Allison. He removed 4 top molars on right and left sides. I felt no pain except for the minor pinch of the numbing shots. During the procedure he and his assistant Tammy were so very kind. He was able to remove all 4 with no breakages. All I felt was pressure from his strong hand working. No pain or at any sign of pain he stopped added more numbing solution. This was probably the easiest trip to the dentist ever. I've gone to him for years and he's always been wonderful, kind and caring. He always allows me to pray over him and his assistant and thanks me afterwards! I recommend him for any dental work! Poor costumers service, you need to become a best help to costumers not making costumers wonder with your damn answer. Why are u so lazy to answer when the costumers trying to figure things out. We spending money at your place not bagging u for a free service

If I could leave 0 stars and leave a review I'd do so! This guy is so rough he didn't numb me right kept pulling my tooth and being rough when he seen that I was in pain trying to get away from him (when someone is screaming and crying they are in pain). Never again will I go back here he obviously doesn't care that much about his patients.
