On November 7, 2022. I had a cleaning that needed to be done. I'm very thankful for the hygienist (Yarelis). She was lovely and willing to give me a good cleaning instead of sending me home or making me reschedule as her assistants told her to do. I recommend her next time I need another cleaning. She was accommodating in showing me how to floss since I have braces. I suggest scheduling with her if you have braces or no braces. She did an outstanding job and was willing to remove my bands and wires to get my cleaning done well. And took the time to put everything back on and suggested "new color" if wanted. I was very happy once I left that day :)

It was a great experience, had a wonderful caring and kind dental assistant named Nancy. Also the staff was very friendly! Thanks everyone for making feel delighted to be there

Updating today. The ortho side is still great however they really need to get it together on the regular dental side. They keep canceling appointments last minute. I mean literally day of the appointment and that's after confirming through email through text and through a person. So now yet again my son has to be on a call list or wait an additional month or more before he can get in to see them. What's the point of scheduling out if you're not going to stick to it. This is just totally unprofessional and ridiculous.

The new management is amazing and friendly! All the staff was so welcoming and nice! The doctors are great! I received great customer service.

I have been going here (formerly Kool Smiles) for 7+ years. For the last year, ever since they have new office staff, I have had to wait an extreme amount of time for my visit. It almost seems like because my skin is a different color I'm not being waited on. The dentist is good, the girl taking care of the orthodontics desk is one of the original staff members; she is sweet. The others, including the office manager were very rude today. They insisted they did not triple book, but I waited over 1 1/2 hours before calling me back. If you make an appt for a certain time you shouldn't have to wait to see the doctor. I waited 2 1/2 hours a couple of months ago for another problem. I do not recommend this place, it has totally slid off in the trash can as far as service!

Been going to this place since i was a kid now i take my kiddo great staff and dr! Yes the wait times are long but what place isnt!

VERY FUSTRATED! They told me they can do a cleaning and do braces and instead they lied to me had me waiting for a long time in the back just so they can say no we r not doing cleaning and if I don't have the cleaning I lose my place for baces and now I have to call in work for something that could have been done today!!!! I don't appreciate being lied to and even the nurses were confused until someone said ROSA changed her mind and said I'd have to reschedule !!! VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!!! THIS WAS IN ODESSA TX

The wait was forever and they didn't do anything for me. I'm a grown woman and they had me in a room with a whole bunch of kids. The dentist barely even looked at my teeth I felt like they rushed and I didn't get a thorough check.

Terrible experience, I was not allowed to enter inside with my daughter for her visit. I was told my daughter who is a minor was to go alone with out me. Really!! We left the building after waiting for no reason. Do your self a favor and stay away from this place don't waste your time here like I did

If I could give them a 0 star I would !! I went it today 11-17-21 with my 10 month baby .. my appointment was at 11am . I showed up 20 mins before my appointment for it to be past 12pm and still not be seen !! Seriously !!?? I decided to walk out after an hour and a half to see the receptionist eating cookies and just talking. Si tienen ninos pequenos NO LES RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR , DURAN DEMASIADO!!

Lovely ladies in the front. But as other people have posted, the wait is so long. Had appt at 9:30 and it's currently 11am and we're still waiting in the lobby. Wouldn't be a problem but I have a 7 month old who's fussy. Familia dental doesn't even take this long. But again, lovely ladies. Update, currently 12pm and we still haven't left the office

the people here are always super nice and caring BUT ive had many problems here they always try to say we have not payed them which is not true at all because i have receipts and anytime i go to the teeth cleaner they always make my teeth hurt gums bleed and pull on my teeth really hard to the point where it feels like they are going to be ripped out of my head and then try to tell me my teeth are too dirty when i brush 3 to 4 times daily floss and use mouth wash and then they have made my teeth crooked multiple times opened gaps in my teeth multiple times and made me have a bigger cross bite then before so DO NOT use these people find someone else that is a lot better

Para ellos es facil.. "reagendar" venga despues pero no ven si uno como padre de familia tiene la oportunidad de venir o dejar el trabajo para atender las citas medicas solo por que el asi lo quiere. Estan saturados de trabajo y es mas facil poner excusas.. cobrar las consultas y reagendar. Que hacer el trabajo correctamente. El doctor se apellida.. Okumu..

Had an appointment during a busy time and all the ladies over the office were hustling taking care of everyone while remaining very polite. Above and beyond! Dr O was very friendly as well. Will be returning.
