Do not take your kids here. First of all, we always have to wait at least an hour, even when there's pretty much no one else there. Also, they tried telling me my 3 year old had a cavity. When I said they'd told me before that it was just an enamel deficiency, they quickly retracted and said oh yeah it's not a cavity. Lastly, they try to get x-rays on my 6 year old every 6 months. She has a small mouth and the equipment hurts her, but they try several times anyway and still never get the x-rays right. Last time I even told the front desk lady I didn't want them to do x-rays, but they took her and tried to do them while I was with my younger child. I will not be taking my kids back here again.

I don't rate often, but I think their terrible service deserves to be shouted from the rooftops. I only took my family to Allington Dental because they took my GEHA insurance and they suggested an in-house orthodontist for my 15-year old daughter. Before booking I told Javier my concerns that every appointment took over an hour already and as school children and working parents we can't spend all day there. He assured me it was a different dentist and I believed him that it wouldn't be so bad with a different provider. Wrong! Within 3-months I was talking to Javier and got promised 1st appointment privileges. Well today 5 families has 1st appointment privileges at 8. My daughter missed 2 classes to spend 3 minutes with the orthodontist and be told he'd have to call her later because he couldn't see her now. Javier asked me how it went as we were leaving and I told him just as bad as I expected and he told me there was nothing more he could do. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

My father was having looking to have a tooth extracted with a bone graph, and they said they could do it for 3200 out of pocket. And my dad was like let's talk to the insurance, first. Turns out it was only 80 with insurance and they said to find another place.

I have had to make 7 different appointments and each time they cancel them within 2 days before the appointment due to the doctor issues. Would not suggest going to this dentist at all.

These guys are super efficient! I called on a Friday at 4:30pm and they were able to fit me in the following Monday to check on my broken tooth and that next Wednesday to have it fixed! So happy to have found Dr. Alawadi, I'll never go anywhere else!

Dr. Alawadi and Stephanie provided a great service. They work well together had a tooth extracted. The front desk personal were courteous as always. They all make the experience of going to a dentist tolerable.

Not accommodating at all to pregnant people. I'm 7 months pregnant, there for a teeth cleaning, they were going to force me to sign to agree to X-rays even though I'm pregnant. I was told that not getting X-rays while pregnant was a choice, not a standard, and was asked to leave if I refused to sign the form. This demand is absolutely outrageous. Needless to say, I will be calling my insurance to find a different dentist in town who is in network.

The positive reviews for this dentist are the whole reason I chose to go in the first place, so I hope anyone reading these will see this story, the truth of my experience here. I went to this dentist about a month ago and I received news that I would need 11 fillings, which would equal 1,989$. (Not to mention, their x ray equipment made my mouth start gushing blood and they told me that my mouth wasn't healthy and that was the reason it was bleeding.) I have never had a single cavity in my life before this, so I decided to visit my lifelong dentist (in my hometown) for a second opinion. I also had absolutely no pain in my mouth whatsoever, so things seemed suspicious. Still, I was panicked and so worried that I had not been properly taking care of my teeth and that I had ruined them forever. They re-did all of my xrays and told me that there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with a single one of my teeth. I didn't even have a single cavity. The most I had was some coffee staining. I'm still really young, so maybe they figured I would be naive enough to lie to me. Do what you will with this information but they almost drilled 11 holes in my perfectly healthy teeth and charged me 2 grand for it.

I came in to Allington dental with an infected wisdom tooth, although the wait was long before I was seen by a dentist- the staff was absolutely amazing. They were able to get me antibiotics and pain medications immediately and then schedule me for the soonest available opening to get the wisdom tooth removed. The surgery was very intense, but just as my experience before, the staff was absolutely amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better place to go through this extremely traumatic experience lol. Allington dental is amazing. Highly recommend.

Have tried to give them chances but keep having issues. I have encountered the following: 1) Dental surgeon was more than hour late twice. 2) Scheduled to remove stitches, they sit me in chair then say, dentists will be available in a little while....excuse me, a little while. Waiting 30 mins, will see how long it will take. 3) Still waiting on office to call and schedule a deep cleaning...after 6 months and several reminders by me....Do they want my business? 4) It looks like I have been billed twice for "bone buildup" on same tooth....maybe needed, but I am thinking more "Revenue Buildup". Finish current procedure and call it done..

I travel for work and needed a tooth pulled I managed to come across the best dentist office I have ever been too! The entire staff was so kind and patient. One lady, Ms. Carlea was my dentists assistant and she was very sweet and cool and fun and does her job well, we were discussing food and she ended up letting me try her home made banana pudding which was amazing, I have never felt so amazing at a dentist office, top of the line staffing.

I had a root canal scheduled that I waited a whole month to see the dentist when I arrived they told me it was canceled and I had to wait longer to get a root canal. I've been suffering with lots of pain and sleepless nights for A WHOLE MONTH !!!! I had to schedule with another dentist and they scheduled me right away!!! I had been going here for years with my kids but I will no longer go there!!!! The manager did apologize !!!!!!!!!

I havnt always had positive experiences at the dentist. I hated going, so unfortunately a broken tooth sent me here. From the time I saw Carlea she made everything seem so ease. She was welcoming, informative & basically like talking to a really good friend you haven't seen in years. Step-by-step everything was explained. I had a bad experience with getting novacaine. They shot it in my mouth and I could slightly feel what they were doing.. Here I didn't feel a absolute thing. They reassured me and made me feel comfortable while I was in the chair. I definitely will continue my checkups. Thank You Carlea & Dr. Gogineni.

My appointment was at 10am and I waited an hour for them to tell me that they were having problems pulling up my insurance info(which I gave them in advance). Found out after 3 hours of waiting that I needed a root canal which is something they don't do. They knew I had an abscess so WHY DID THEY NOT TELL ME THAT THEY CANT DO A ROOT CANAL BEFOREHAND!?

I was Quoted a cash price due to my insurance didn't cover what I needed. Then, the insurance sends a bill wanting 413.00 some odd amount. They ruined my dentures, sent them to the lab 4 times to correct their mistake. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!! There were very nice people who work there however. This review could have been avoided had there not been underhanded insurance going on behind my back. This is using my 1st amendment rights under the constitution. This way they don't charge my insurance for freedom of speech.

Every time i come here the wait is roughly 45mins or more. For the number of people working here its ridiculous. You are more of a number and price tag here versus a patient. This will be my family's last visit.

Dr G and his dental assistant are phenomenal!!!!! My procedure was done in 30 minutes. They explained pricing and what was being done thoroughly. I have copies of pricing and all work that is scheduled for the future. They are awesome. I refuse to go anywhere else!
