To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. The receptionist or dental assistant is not very friendly but that's not even the worst part. We got here at 5:30 this morning for anesthesia so my three year old could get his chipped tooth fixed and This office is completely disgusting. Not only is there trash on the floor at 5:30 in the morning but the room that they put us in was filthy. There were pieces of trash on the floor and spots all over the counter from the day before. The trash had not been taken out from the day before and there was some sort of dried liquid on the wall. I clean a clinic at night in the town we live in so I know the level of sanitation that needs to be done for any medical facility. I will not be bringing my children back to this office and someone needs to be made aware of this situation. It's unacceptable for them to not have a sanitary place for such procedures. The restroom was also filthy. The soap was on the floor, it had came loose from the wall I gues. I notified them yesterday of that issue and they didn't even bother to pick it up. Again the trash hadn't been taken out and the floors were disgusting. I am just disgusted, that's the only word that explains it.

There's only one dentist. Then she decided to take a PERSONAL call and leave her patient waiting for almost 10 minutes. Not professional at all.

This dentist office is awful! They never did any X-rays on my daughters teeth and every check up they said she was doing great. Would barley even look at her teeth! One day I noticed a black spot between her teeth I knew it was a cavity. They scheduled a consultation and STILL didn't do X-rays, the doctor just looked at her while standing and said oh ya definitely needs crowns we are going to do them on all her molars! How could he know without looking or doing X-rays ??? Then they schedule the crowning appointment a month and a half later ! Went to a new dentist and she only needs one crown and a filling! The staff is rude and act like you are annoying them! They rush you! I do not recommend this dentist!

Not familiar with dental terminology but the dental doctor and most of his assistants were pleasant, worked efficiently. Stuff not so much. I don't know what position Jessica holds, but she should be removed from the company. My daughter was getting a filling done so I went into the room to examine the tools. I noticed the dental tools have rust on them (thought it was blood). Anyway, Jessica storms in the room with the worse demeanor ever. Telling me I can step out of her way and asking why im examining their tools. Well, because I don't want my daughter to contract hepatitis and other life threatening illnesses or diseases! Jessica is literally making hand movements in my face while telling me to move out of her way. After this. Jessica continues to try to argue with me infront of my other two children. I asked her to remove herself from us because I will not allow her to argue in front of my children. So instead of removing herself she escalates the situation by standing in front of me and my children. Just standing there trying to intimate us while giving me weird looks. I asked for the director and was greeted by a receptionist who asked me not to call Jessica a b word. Address your employee instead of me. Why don't you find out why Jessica was called a b word. She intentionally provoked the situation over RUSTY DENTAL TOOLS! As we walked out my two oldest children (12 and 7) informed me that Jessica was giving me "dirty" looks behind my back. Why would anyone do that in front of children?! Also, I never received an explanation as to why the dental tools have rust on them or any health issues regarding the matter

As soon as I walked into the office I was immediately greeted with nasty looks and attitude. The front desk staff were extremely unhelpful and looked at me like I was stupid for asking them a question. The actual dentist and dental assistants were great. But front desk staff makes a world of difference.

Waiting a month now for my child who should had them off 7 weeks ago very unprofessional dealing with this company with canceling appointments. My wife travels 1.5 hr and if she is late by 10 min they will cancel her appointment. If your child needs braces don't go there they will quote you a lower price but only delay and delay which will cost you more in the end. My other child went to Wentz and hands down the best place with professionalism . I never seen if the wife is late.... no problem she will get in. In the past I travel there only for them to tell me my child's appointment was canceled with no phone call or email notification prior. Now just today in the mail i gets an invoice from 2019! Wow juat 2 years late ..... DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE worst exp ever

They gave great informed advice, being brutally honest about the shape my mouth was in. I left knowing what to do to improve, and happy that they worked with me. When I felt anxious in a shared room where multiple people were being cleaned, they moved me to a private room in the back to help me feel better and more secure.

I've been going to allington for a while and I had two wisdom teeth extracted on the 12 of this month and I had mentioned to dentist I have T.M.J and they said it would be better in a week and it's not if I open my mouth to much or anything excessive that has anything to do with my jaw I get excruciating pain for about two days and I can hardly talk within those two days and I can't even open my mouth a lot I can barely open it to take a bite of food on a daily basis

The front desk lady named Crystal is extremely rude & lazy. She was zero help & anytime I asked a question it was responded back with sarcasm & a rude tone. The dental assistances & the dentist herself were phenomenal but crystal really ruined our whole experience. She needs to be trained on how to speak to people when you're on the job.

Confirmed appointment through email. Appointment got canceled because there was no communication with the call center and the office. They have to have voice confirmation. Got my sons teeth cleaned only to wait an hour to "see" the dentist. He took a look in my sons mouth and said he was good. Very frustrating

It was great for mg braces. But when I went in for a simple cleaning, I kept getting poked in the gums! And that hurts like hell. I got a second opinion from a dentist saying there was nothing wrong with the places they cleaned. So they were just poking me!

The staff need to Be on time your patient should not have to wait an hour and a half past their appointment time to even be seen my son was treated so rudely and the doctor kept calling my son a girl after being corrected multiple times then yelled at me because a boy should not have his nails painted I would not recommend this place to anyone else
