Staff was Great. They told they had substitute dentist from Dallas. I usually have alot of sedation I informed him about this! Needless to say he didn't believe me. He tried to pull it, I yelled in pain He said 'you should just feel pressure" I finally told him to stop. I have a high pain tolerance, this time i was in tears. Assistant was Very empathic. He put more sedation, I had to have 2 more sedations and finally got it pulled. In between sedation. I heard another adult man yelling. This dentist needs more TRAINING IN PATIENT CARE!!!

Every person I interacted with was very kind and professional. The Dentist listened carefully and he gave us all the time needed. The front desk and back desk team all of them was very very nice and professional. All around very nice experience. Thank you all

ATTENTION....STOP... If your child needs Braces, DO NOT GO HERE TO ALINGTON DENTAL... They are the worst Orthodontist place I've ever experienced, we chose them over Wentz only because they were a little bit cheaper, but that was a huge mistake. Today they called at 9:15am and canceled my son's appointment AGAIN and asked for us to come in in 45 minutes which would be 10am when his original appointment was at 3:45 pm we live an hour an half away from lubbock, so obviously that wasn't possible, then asked to be rescheduled they book you 3 almost 4 weeks later from THEIR canceled appointment and this isn't the first time they've canceled on us, this is the 3rd time they have canceled his appointments throughout his braces But yet if you are 10 minutes late they won't take you and insanity rescheduled you. If you ask how much longer he needs his Braces to be adjusted they don't give you no time frame on average, the staff is very rude and very unprofessional, the Orthodontist is just plain RUDE and has no time to answer any questions. Also my son's main dentist said that the way they were adjusting his teeth was damaging his roots Also if you just look around a bit you'll see how dirty and unsanitary that place is...Since we already paid everything we have no other choice than to finish here what was started but when my Daughter was ready for Braces we took her to WENTZ ORTHODONTIST and they are hands down the best place we've ever experienced, super friendly staff,very professional, don't mind if you're late at all ,never canceled any appointments on us, her Orthodontist takes all the time to answer any questions .I could add so much more to this review on how horrible ALINGTON DENTAL is but I'm getting myself all worked up about it so please do yourself and your child the favor and take them anywhere else besides ALINGTON, you will seriously regret it if you don't. I'd give them -0 stars if it were an option..! Hands down any place would be better than this place. UPDATE...it was finally time to get braces off and their main Orthodontist quit it took 3 more months to get my son's braces off because they didn't have an Orthodontist in house, we were sent to midland office for removal...Please do yourself the favor and go anywhere else besides here, you'll really experience the worse service ever...!

Every time (seriously) I have made an appointment, it will be cancelled and rescheduled. This last appointment was cancelled and I wasn't even called to rescheduled. This company is poorly managed.

This dental clinic no longer accepts DENTAQUEST or DENTATRUST dental insurance, but they are still listed as a provider by the insurance company.

Waiting 3 weeks now for my child to get his braces off never again will I deal with such a circus just today I received a bill from 2019 wow who is up for a class action lawsuit against this company

We have been using the 50th ST location for many years now even before it became Allington. The staff is very sweet. I have seen them deal with horrible patient parents and could not believe they kept their cool. Pamela is always willing to help in any way possible. The dental assistants remember us each time and often we pick back our conversation from the previous visit. My son is almost done with his braces after 2 years. Dr. Kim is kind and insightful. She has taken time to educate my son on better care of his teeth under the braces. All in all, we are incredibly happy with Allington. I would highly recommend them!

DO NOT go here for braces! I was supposed to have my braces for ONLY on for a year in a half they told me then I now have had them on for almost 3 years because the orthodontist wants to keep saying she needs to do this still and she made me extend my contract and they said we extended it for free when they did not the dental place also charges double on us we paid for the braces and the insurance was already paying for it but they said the insurance wasn't and my mom looked into it and they were charging both the insurance and us ! This is the worst place and the orthopedist has a rude attitude!

Went in to set up consultation apparently they don't work on Fridays so when doing nothing the front desk was rude and so inconvenienced. So maybe they had a bad day? Either way I'll spend more on my sons braces then take him to a place that is rude and doesn't care about patients.

They were very rude and the setup is a bit odd the area where it is an open room and you are next to people in other dental chairs. Will definitely not be going back. They gave me wrong info on my teeth, when I brought up this info to my new dental place they said it was wrong.Aspen dental is much better and I do recommend them instead.

The older hispanic lady with glasses was very rude, went to buy a mask as they stated my 11 year old daughter needed.. came back and was told since we were now late we needed to reschedule. We will not be returning to your 50th location.. going else where for her braces

My son had his braces going on four years I told them I wanted his braces off. Since his teeth were straight already for a while. They were waiting for I don't what. But withdrawing from our account monthly. So they took my sons braces off finally because we asked them to. Didn't even clean his teeth or give him a retainer. I'm so disappointed after almost four years you would think they would have done their best for my son. I'm hoping it was a one time thing. Do not trust this place
