Was rescheduled twice and second time I showed up 15 min before my appt like they say and confirmed twice last week but was met with hostility and unprofessionalism and rescheduled when I was already up here

Update: We gave them another chance because there aren't too many in our network. Big mistake! We will NEVER go back there. They didn't have a dentist today and we didn't even get a call saying they wouldn't be open for my daughter's appointment for a painful broken tooth. The call center told me to take her to the ER. We are so done with this sorry excuse for a dentistry. I hate blasting places. Especially after receiving good care on the first visit. Our second visit was not so great. We didn't get called back until an hour after our appointment time. They finally got my 6 year old all set up with the gas and numbing shots and let her sit there for an hour while the dentist worked on a guy that came in an hr after us. They started working on her and she needed to pee. They made her hold it for another 30 mins while they finished!!! When the work was finally done, they mentioned very little to nothing about after care. Offered no gauze to go home with after an extraction. Didn't even bother with setting up her next appointment which is fine actually because we don't know if she will go there to finish the rest of her remaining work. Oh and to top it all off, they they my 6 year olds tooth in the trash. Not a happy mom. The tech was very sincere and apologetic and that was probably the only thing that kept my cool. The techs are great mostly.

We had to deal with the most ignorant doctor that this place has had since it switched over from kool smiles and they need more kid friendly nurses the nurse we dealt with felt like texting was more important then doing x-ray. Then to make matters worse the room the put us in had blood on the chair after they said they've cleaned the room. Used tools were open and still left out. Very nasty and unclean situation & we have switched dentist offices because of the unprofessionalism and unclean room they stuck us in. Didn't even deserve the one star. Worse visit ever!!!

Don't waste your time!! This place is unprofessional, dirty and the people who work there can care less if your in pain! Paid for a plan also! I went in to get a tooth pulled. They wouldn't touch it because I was in pain. Which I knew they wouldn't. I needed something Tylenol wasn't helping. Ibuprofen 800 wasn't helping. I went in and she prescribed me Motrin and antibiotics Smh 600 didn't do a thing I couldn't even eat. I would put Origel on a tissue and leave it there where it hurt so bad and still didn't help. Paid for the visit plus meds and still ended up the same. They don't ever answer. call center could get ahold of them so I could get something stronger or to even see what they recommend I do. Over 10 voicemails I gave up. Ended up leaving a complaint in voicemail one more time a manager called me back and said she would schedule me in never did. Fast forward 3 months later they call to confirm an appointment. Told them I can't even get it pulled you guys never called me back to give me a different med and Im still in pain gums swollen I was not going to go up there in pain and argue which is why I got ahold of the manager. Im not rich I haven't gone anywhere else. I already paid for the plan. I've been dealing with it got more meds from a family member. Still need my tooth pulled they couldn't get me in and refused to give me meds without another visit.

I will never go back to this dentist office again for my kids. I have been having to wait to schedule my kids cleanings and last month called and was told that the dentist they had was credentialed with my kids insurenece so made their appts this last Monday went to appt and was told that my daughter wouldn't been seen because the dr was not credentialed with their insurance . This was the 2nd time this had happen and the receptionist was awful to me and made me feel like a child .

Scheduled an appointment, they kept rescheduling few hours before the actual appointment. Happened four times. And they would spam call you everyday to ask you to reschedule your appointment after having fault on their end. Waste of time. Dont make an appointment here, its the worst.

I took my 3 & 4 year old nephews here this morning and had an awful experience. I do not recommend taking your kids to this dentist . First they pulled us to the back just to have to wait forever instead of them being prepared and ready to start them . Then when the dentist finnaly came over to them he seems completely annoyed and mad that we were even there and he was very rude and impatient with the boys . One of them started crying and was scared and the dentist just shrugged his shoulders not knowing what to say or do instead of getting on the child's level talking to him and trying to calm him and the situation down. The dentist just made the situation way worse then It should have been. They advertise that they are for kids and families however have no idea how to treat a child. I will never be returning and will not recommend anyone to go there! I understand having a bad day but don't come to work and take your bad day out on the patients and if you hate your job that bad then quit.

I have been going to this dentist for 10 years with my wife and kids. I want to thank all the dentists and especially Dr.O for being kind and great at their job. They also have great prices!

This has been the worst place to go has been since it was Kool smiles. For over 2 weeks we have been given the run around. Showed up for 2 different appointments 1st time their office closed and we did not receive any notice or call to reschedule. Now the 2nd time they say they can not see my daughter. The people behind the counter are rude and obviously do not know how to do their jobs.

So i been looking for a good dentist that myself and my two children could go to together and that would take our insurance so i was recommended to thus place by more then one person i know and they said they are really good so i called today and told the lady i needed to set up appts for myself and my two kids and the lady that answered was rude and acted like she didnt know and put me on hold for about 45 mins then hung up on me so then i called back and left a message asking someone to please call me back because i was needing to set up appt s for myself and my two kids and i never got a call back so lease to say i wasnt happy and gave 1 star

Just left the place and I must say that was the worst dental experience that I have ever had. The traveling dentist broke my tooth and left me laying there bleeding while the girls working there were looking for whatever he needed to take the rest of my tooth out. In the meantime I am bleeding and nobody is rinsing my mouth out and when I asked the girl she got upset and roughly rinsed me out. I have been to a reputable dentist so I know how you should be treated, he just could not get to me and I was in pain. Oh, they call your insurance after they get a diagnosis and then they take you out of the room to the front office so you can pay your part before they even start the work. So unprofessional from start to end, if you ask me.

First the lady says, my son has one cavity and no copay required. We go back a week later then she says he has 2 cavities and a 5.00 copay. This is the second time they have done this to me. They don't know what they doing. All the Drs are very unprofessional and so are the girls up front. Sketchy.

Great service at this dentist office. Linda and the other front desk ladies are always so nice, and Dr. Long is such a great caring dentist. Me and my mother are treated very nice there. Highly recommended.

Staff is very rude! Was 10 min late to appointment and they said I had to reschedule even after I called and was told could be up to 15 min late.

So we were scheduled for an appointment. Then it was rescheduled for February 17th. Then it was scheduled for March 2. We got a call today and said they only do adults on Wednesdays and Fridays and the appointment tomorrow was canceled. We told them that no reason we should have been rescheduled 3 times. They said it would be another month for us to get in. We told them that our dental would be ending soon and we needed to get in. They seemed not to care and said it would still be a month. I recommend that you not waste your time on them.

The staff was very friendly and they had got me in pretty quickly for a broken tooth to be looked at for initial consultation. I guess they have a traveling dentist that comes once a month for root canals, so I had to schedule out a month in advance. The staff sent me reminders through the time frame (which was wonderful). BUT the day of the appointment within a matter of hours beforehand, I got a phone stating they would have to cancel due to a unforeseen emergency with the doc. It happens, right? Well they don't have a time frame for me at this point, and would just have to call me for a new appointment. I admit I read all the prior reviews with scheduling problems, but thought since it was so far in advance maybe it wouldnt be a problem, BUT I thought wrong. So now I've had a broken tooth for a month now, and back to square one. I am going to go somewhere else. Plus not to mention, I had to take time off from work to go to the appointment and get time requested off.

Was horrible they do bare minimum and do not help with situation and I called to get another appointment for x-rays and the dumb lady hung up on me

One of the worst dental visits I had gone to honestly the staff so rude just nothing but attitude. Came with my kiddos appointment was at 3 why get called back 2hrs later . They got the kids name wrong and also their appointment wrong . It was a mess! they do got other staff that have better attitude.
