Dentist got frustrated, was rude and slammed the door as he left. My daughter already is terrified of dentist and the incident certainly set us back. As a mother his behavior made me feel so uncomfortable to ever return. I highly recommend going elsewhere. I have already called and filled a complaint which went unanswered. If you were so concerned about your patients your company would have reached out to me

Allington Dental is great. I've been in a few times now and each time the Dr and assistants have been quite friendly, talkative and extremely helpful with my dental issues.

My husband required extensive dental work over a period of time lasting about 3 months and throughout that time the only difficulty we had was coordinating his work schedule with their appointment availability. He was very pleased with the work done once it was all finished.

I've been to this office multiple times for myself, my husband and my children. The staff and dentist are helpful and friendly. They do a great job in making my kids feel comfortable.

My mom was scheduled for a visit after being seen for an initial consult. She showed up to the visit on the day/time written on her appointment card. It turns out they somehow "forgot" to put the visit on their calendar so of course it was a wasted trip and my mom was not seen. To top the experience off, no apologies by any of the office staff/receptionist for their forgetfulness and mistake. Absolutely unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.

Had an appointment for 1PM, arrived 12:40 and did the usual paperwork was called at 1:15 PM, placed in one of the rooms, dental tech and dentist showed up 1:20, the tech mentioned something to the doctor and then she said to me we'll be back in 20 minutes at around 2PM she came back and put a 'dental bib' on me and left again. At 2:30 I saw her bringing a new patient to be weighed, that's when I decided to leave and asked for a co-payment refund. I believe the patient to staff is too high and although the dentist's time is important but so is the patient's time. Looking for a new dentist.

They get a 1 because there is no 0 or negative number options available. They are not accountable for their scheduling. Then when you finally see someone they tell you something completely different from the last time you were there. They focus on telling children they need braces instead of the parentd. Unprofessional staff, rude, and Incompetent to actually fixing your child's teeth. And to make matters worse they go from one child to the next without washing their hands.

My 4 yr old granddaughter went to allington to get work she's very afraid of dentists or Drs when we got there she was very nervous but Monze did an excellent job in comforting and making her feel really relaxed she helped her enjoy her visit at Allington.Monze thank you for being so great with children.Thank you to Allington Dental all my grandchildren thank you too.

I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anybody I haven't even taken my kids into seeing them yet but just their staff or let me correct myself the receptionist are rude they need to get some better help up front her teacher receptionist how to speak to people cuz I don't do very well at it

Overbooked every single time. I've never waited under 45 minutes for an appointment despite arriving early every time, then I spend 15-30 minutes in the room before I'm seen. My appointment today was canceled after I had confirmed it because they couldn't reach me at my old number, after I'd given them the new number at my last appointment. The waiting room is packed and there aren't enough chairs for everyone. The dentists and hygienists have been great but the place is impossible to get in and out of in a reasonable amount of time. Edit: I had an appointment on a Saturday. I left work to go to the appointment and no one was there. I tried calling, no answer. They were closed the entire day apparently and never let me know. Definitely go to a different dentist, this place has absolutely no respect for people's time. Edit 2: I'm being told it will take over 2 weeks to get the several hundred dollars back that I had prepaid. They'll take the money out of your account that very day and make you wait weeks to get it back when you don't have hours to spend at every appointment. Don't prepay these people, you'll wait and wait and when you get tired of it you'll wait weeks for a refund. Edit 3: I called the corporate number in the response from the owner. I was put on hold for half an hour and then hung up on. I can't say I'm surprised. Edit 4: I have been charged for procedures that were never done and of the $900 they owe me, they are refusing to return any of it. I thought it was just a poorly run office, but they are turning out to be a scam. I'm having to go to another dentist to confirm that I didn't have things done that I was charged for and get with my insurance about them being charged for this stuff as well. This place is an absolute scam.

Had an appt for 4:00 for our 3 year old foster. Waited 10 minutes after checking in before getting paperwork. Was still waiting at 5:00 for a check up. Finally was seen at 5:15 by the dr. One of the front desk receptionists was rude when I had to ask a question. I have never witnessed a dental office that runs like this. The dr and assistant and hygienist were nice I will say. Gloria that is there is wonderful too. Mercedes at the front desk however, needs some training on her customer service skills.

Went there 6 months ago and they told me I had seven cavities. I didn't believe them so I got a second opinion 6 months later because my insurance wouldn't cover another cleaning or visit for 6 months. Just got done with the alternative dentist and they told me I have no cavities and great teeth. If you go here be sure to get a second opinion because they will lie to you just to get money. I'm outraged and will be filling a suit.
