I'd rather live with crooked teeth than ever go here again. Oh wait, I do have crooked teeth because they didnt fix anything in my mouth. Staff is rude. You can't understand the doctor even if you get to speak with him. Good luck trying to get an appointment. The ladies have no idea what they are doing, I went to get tightened and they said "alright are we getting out braces off today" it's like they don't even look at the patient charts. If you are able to get an appointment, you sit in the waiting room NO LESS than 1/2 hour. I've waited AN HOUR AND A HALF!!! that's disgusting and they are disgusting. I would never recommend them on my worst enemy.

The worst, only reason I even give it a star is because you have to give it at least one before for you can write a review. Looking for a new orthodontist!

Do not go to this office. It is a nightmare to deal with. You can't get an appointment because they are only there ONE day a month for ortho. Staff is rude and unaccommodating. The doctors could care less when I've talked to them about how horrible of an experience we've had. Everyone sitting in the office waiting room says the same thing. Terrible office. Never, ever again.

Absolutely the worst experience. Originally very good. Had plenty of appointments, the Dr. Actually cared about the patients and their smiles. Within the last two years completely went down hill. There are no appointments as all of the sudden they are there only twice a month, Not a misprint TWICE a MONTH and that's if your lucky to get an appointment from the rudest uncaring staff anyone could have hired. Staff always stating that they are new implying that they shouldn't be held accountable. The Dr. Never has time to handle the things you may need done because he has so many unsuspecting people in the waiting room. But hey don't worry you can come back in a few months when you can be crammed in. In short if you want a healthy smile do not go here they don't care only want your money
