Horrible customer service. Could never get an actual representative at the office. I have been calling and emailing for the past 4 wks trying to get my daughters records bc I have relocated to another state and still haven't received them. Ok so you reply to my review but yet I still haven't heard back from your staff regarding the documents I'm requesting.

I just got my braces done there and the nurses are amazing, professional, and very nice. The doctor is also very friendly and professional! They will help you with emergency problems right away and help you to feel very comfortable with your braces. Would highly recommend!
