We are a dental specialty practice dedicated to the endodontic care of patients in the south Jersey vicinity. We are root canal specialists. Working closely together with your general dentist and other dental specialists, we will complement your oral heath team, demonstrating the importance and lifelong benefits of preserving your natural dentition. Our mission is to provide all our patients endodontic treatment of the highest technical, biological and ethical standards, in a safe and respectful and compassionate environment.
Dr. Singh was born and raised in New York. He was selected for a seven year combined degree program out of high school. He completed his B.S. in Biology at Adelphi University in Long Island, NY. He received his D.M.D. in 2010 from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. He completed a one year General Practice Residency at Nassau University Medical Center and remained on staff as an Attending, teaching the residents and rendering care for medically complex patients in the OR . Additionally, Dr. Singh worked in private practice prior to returning for his postdoctoral specialty training. In 2017, He completed his Advanced Education Program in Endodontics at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (formerly UMDNJ). There he worked on clinical research related to Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT). He was a clinical assistant professor at Rutgers, teaching third and fourth year predoctoral dental students. He is currently an adjunct faculty member in the Endodontics department. He is a member of the ADA and the AAE. He enjoys hiking, nature, sports and dancing. He lives in Burlington County with his wife, Nina and their two children.

My mom went to Allied Endodontics for a root canal. Dr. Porras did an amazing job and his staff was wonderful.

I had a great experience at Allied Endodontics with Dr. Porras and staff! The office is top notch with state of the art equipment. Dr. P. is a gentle giant with a kind and soft-spoken demeanor. He explains whatever he's going to do as he goes along, putting one at ease. His assistant was the best! They finished part two of of my root canal, and it was a breeze! They had me so relaxed I felt like I was going to snooze right in the chair! Thank you Dr. Porras and Staff

My daughter had an emergency referral for a root canal evaluation and I needed to schedule an appointment right away to get her evaluated. Her dentist referred us to Allied Orthodontist Voorhees. At the time I scheduled the appointment I specifically asked before we finished setting appointment if they accepted my insurance. The girl ask which insurance and I said Aetna Enhanced PPO. She said yes they accept my insurance. Knowing that they accept the insurance I was at ease to scheduling the appointment for the following week. The day of the appointment, they gave me a call while I was driving there and also a text to let me know that they do not accept my insurance and if I want to pay out of pocket. I had to park my car and turn around to go home. I am upset about the fact that I specifically ask the girl while we were setting up the appointment if they accepted my insurance and they said' "yes". If they are not 100% sure, it would of been nice if they told me to look it up myself or we can double check for you. Honestly, I wouldn't of mind calling the insurance myself if they told me right out they are not sure because I understand there's a lot of patients and they can't check everyone. But instead of wasting a whole week and finding out while I am on the way to the appointment that wasn't the truth. I made another dental appointment at another dentist office and the girl there told me she wasn't sure and will get back to me if she finds out. And she did. This is an example of how dental office should let the patient know about dental coverage!!! The patient shouldn't have to find out their coverage while they are driving there!!! Just an professional advice to prevent upset patients. At the end, they never admit to what they did was not competent. The person that respond to patient text message responded to my text with, "sorry you had a misunderstanding". Very professional and apologetic after having a customer turn around half way near their appointment.

Dr. Singh is an amazing endodontist. Very knowledgeable and honest. Treats you like a member of his family. Gives you his honest opinion and takes the time to explain his reasoning. Cannot give enough praise. Would highly recommend this endodontist!

Dr. Sing is the man! He's absolutely awesome! He's compassionate and he does everything he can to get his patient seen as soon as possible. I was in agony and he text me late at night from his own cell phone that there was a cancellation. Saw me first thing in the morning for a root canal. I felt 100% better when I left.

The front desk, namely "Jess" was extremely rude and discriminatory towards me when setting an appointment. She told me I would be "placed on the side" and I'd have to wait for my next appointment. When I asked to set an appointment in which I wouldn't have to be put on the side, she refused. This place has a horrible treatment of their patients. Dr. Singh was awesome, but his staff needs a lot of help talking to patients like human beings. I'm disgusted.

This practice is the best! I was so nervous about having a root canal but it was practically pain free. Getting my cavities filled was much worse. I totally recommend Allied Endodontics.

Nonetheless they were extremely patient with me given this was my first root canal and I didn't know what to expect. Great job and I would recommend you to my friends and family.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been too! The staff is professional and extremely friendly. Dr. Porrras is an incredible Dentist and so kind. I wish he was a Dentist that did everything, he made me feel very relaxed.

Dr. Porras and his staff are FABULOUS! From the moment I walked in the door to the time I was leaving I felt comfortable. Dr. Porras and his assistant explained the procedure prior to starting and addressed all of my questions with patience and respect. I'd never had a root canal done before, so needless to say I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. Throughout my whole procedure, Dr. Porras and his assistant consistently checked in with me to make sure that I was doing okay and was comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is in need of a root canal to visit Dr. Porras. He will be my go-to for any procedures I need in the future. Thank you to everyone at Allied Endodontics for making my first root canal experience a great one!
