This place is a nightmare, unorganized stuff not sure how they running this office, i've made a visit twice and what it was supposed to co-pay of deep cleaning $179 for each visit ($179X2) which doesn't make sense but I didn't care and I just pay. After month they send me a bill of $80 for two visits. (each visit $40) I ask why,? They told me my insurance not active, So call insurance conference call with the The lady who does billing. I find out they have a wrong insurance on the file, so my question was how did they charge me a copayment in that moment in time and it's in the network. Anyway as everyone know they don't have a time. My insurance told them to send the claim and they also lead out while I was on a conference call. After two months they send me a bill again, I called insurance why they keep sending me a bill, lady looked up in the system they didn't send any document which they promised, Insurance call back Billing department again. They responded.. The billing lady only comes every Tuesday. When you're running a business and then you only work one day. First of all I overpaid and they harassing for $80 (paid $358 just for the deep cleaning )I wish I know someplace we're I can complain about further I'll be happy to look at it, Who ever reading my review I can only advise the void and if you feel like I'm over exaggerating just make sure you're doing procedure before you can get there just ask what's My copayment so I can be prepared. And thank me later

Doctors are great especially Doc Taylor! Only thing is the front desk is very rude and long wait time when trying to call and make an appointment. Sounds like the girls at the front desk are unexperienced.

They just sit there and waste their time which i don't really care about it but they also waste their customer's time which is so stupid this was my first time coming here after this I will never even wanna see their faces that's how much they disappointed me

Hands down the best dental office I've been to! After nightmares of going to other dentists and the trauma that came, I was very nervous to do the process all over again. But I'm so glad I did! From the office staff, to the assistants, and especially the dentist, every step of the way I felt instantly comfortable. The office staff is so so nice and accomodating and patient. The assistants take great care from start to finish. And for ONCE, I loved the transparency with the dentist. I highly highly recommend this office to anyone who needs a new dentist! Wish I could give more stars!! Thank you guys

Today is the last straw been going here for quite some years the whole entire family happen to come in 20 minutes late today make me fill out paperwork make me sit down for 45 minutes to come and tell me I'm sorry your 20 minutes late I have to reschedule and no one is in the office this is disgusting Now I made it official I stopped coming including my whole entire family I'm sure this has happened to many people here please there's other places feel free to go there I am highly frustrated right now

Always bad experience. Never came back happy. Rude staff. Waiting time is way too long. Probably more than one hour. Stuck with them because of my son's teeth treatment. Appointments are not easily available. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

I needed a local dentist that accepts my insurance. I scheduled an appointment for the following week. My visits were positive. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. I have nothing but nice things to say and wouldn't hesitate to pass along a recommendation to anyone.

Staff was amazing and very helpful especially Briana and David at the front desk. It was my first time there but felt very welcomed. Arrived a few mins late but still managed to complete my consultation. Thank you!

horrible experience. I had came here because my surgeon had covid and referred me here. I informed the doctor my prior experience with oral surgery was very traumatic and I dont sit well with dental work. He ignored all my questions, and when I asked a simple " where are you numbing me " he laughed and said I "didnt wanna know" awful, distasteful and Im not one for reviews but i wanna save someone the time if they dont wanna be treated this way.

The staff here is great. However, the hours of operation are horrible for the working class. No weekends or late nights. Most practices have one late night for the working class. Lets be honest - no one wants to take sick/vacation time to go to a doctor/dentist appointment.

The new location is absolutely wonderful look wise and clean the receptions are friendly and knowledgeable. I have been taking my son there for years and never had issues with this office. My son dentist is great and also the hygenist.

My daughter went in for a root canal. I understand things happen. The drill bit ended up stuck in her mouth. Office referred out to another facility. I called 3 offices recommended and no one has an appt. Called office for assistance and as usual no phone call back. A prescription was also supposed to be sent because she had a infection. No prescription sent.I also work in the medical field and find their patient care horrible. My daughter stated the assistant was great and made sure she was OK because the dentist started to panic. The patient before her who happened to be her sister took longer then expected and the dentist told her we need to do this quick since your sister took to long. I have 45 minutes ro do this. Should be no problem. Clearly if she wasn't in a rush maybe the tool wouldn't be stuck!!! Hopefully someone calls me back today and my daughter gets the proper care she deserves.

I go to Allied dental & have needed a lot of work done, Dr Halim did all the work. Not only is she gentle to make sure you are comfortable and nothing hurts. But, she is fast and efficient. She makes sure you are educated on what Is going on and that you understand what is happening. I always loved going to the dentist ( until I had to get actual work instead of cleanings lol ). But, with Dr. Halim I'm not nervous and I know I'm in good hands. She's very sweet as well-Excellent bedside manners!! One time I had to see another dentist there ( not sure of his name, I'm sorry) bc Dr. Halim was out and it was something I needed done that day. So, I couldn't wait and he was so sweet, educational, fast and efficient as well. The staff there is really really nice. They take Covid precautions seriously which I really appreciate. Once I was no longer on my parents insurance, I was nervous to get my own and have to find a new dentist. But, I am SOOOO glad that I found Allied. I look forward to going there to see her smiling face ! I appreciate everyone there - esp Dr. Halim !!

They always bring up excuse to reschedule your appointment. I understand maybe once or twice but it happen to me three times. I had an appointment early november and after they confirmed the appointment a few days before, then they called me saying they needed to reschedule me for March 2022
