Scheduling and contacting them is near impossible. After finally making contact and getting an appointment I can say everyone was friendly and professional. I'm definitely happy with the work.

I have one word and it's PAIN because when I went here for a cleaning this lady poked and stabbed my gums. So much blood. After she was done stabbing me and scraping my teeth I was left in a lot of discomfort my gums hurt and my teeth are sore. Overall bad experience.

Dental health care around here is horrible to get into. I've been rescheduled multiple times because of their doctors. And I was running 15 minutes late. It's halfway there with my son, who needed a root canal and got rescheduled because I was running. 15 minutes late, and that's only because I live in Mercer County and I can't get good dental care there. So it's just a huge headache. Staff isn't reasonable. And I hope the best for anybody else that has to go there.

Doctor only took a minute to address my issue. I was so upset and frustrated by the attitude and lack of caring that I received as if my issue wasn't real. It was a cold heartedly place! My issue was not fixed.

While the visits and work were fine. Their billing dept. is awful. Mailed a check, they cashed it but the money was not taken out of my account for weeks my bank said they cant see it had to wait weeks for it to show. Called and paid the remaining balance over the phone as to not have that issue again, took 2 weeks for them to run the card, and by that point I had forgotten to check it and it cleared way after it should have, luckily I had enough in there to pay it, but left me in a financial lurch until pay day.

I'm only giving one star because I have to. I've gone back and forth with this place for 2 weeks now trying to get an appointment and no one ever calls me back. I'm so glad I didn't get an appointment because the 2 star rating they have is proof enough about how they run their business.

So I come in this morning Wednesday, April 6th 2022 for a basic cleaning and they did do what they were supposed to but after the cleaning I overhear the person who just cleaned my teeth gossiping about me and my sister to her colleague, so yes very unprofessional if they wouldn't have done their job than this review would be 1 star.

If you got Medicaid dont even bother. They wont get you an appt for 6 months out then they wont even do anything but give you an exam. Then schedule you again for another 6 months out. Its ridiculous. I paid $450 for temporary dentures in Nov.2021 and since then they've have broke 5 times! All in different places!!!! I had no option but to use superglue which seems to be stronger than the stuff they used to make the denture. I tried calling and they said there's nothing they can do. In order to get my permanent top set, I have to get fillings in a couple bottom teeth then i have to get fitted for bottom partials then I'll get the partials then they'll schedule me to get my top permanent. They told me this in January and couldn't get me an appt until August to start the fillings. I have to start new somewhere else bc I refuse to wait 2 years before having set of teeth that wont break. The dentist was rude also. Like I should have known they would break and they couldn't fix them. I know other people who have paid $250 for temporary dentures. They just want your money.

UNPROFESSIONAL, is the only word I have. I have tried for over 2 months to schedule an appt for my son. I have texted the office as directed, someone responded, but never got back to schedule him, i left messages, all of which went unanswered. We were referred here, as our dentist is out on medical leave and my son needs nitrous, due to his disability. One time I was able to actually speak to someone, but you could hear the office girls just chit chatting. Her phone skills were terrible and she just transferred me where i had to leave yet another message. You can never get through to anyone when you call the office, and they never return messages. I am so thankful my son never actually went here, as if this is how they run a office I, he deserves better treatment then this. As a former dental assistant I know this is wrong and not how you treat people. I'm so thankful we found another office who responded immediately and got him scheduled within a couple days of my call. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I'm giving 2 stars bc the man that did my procedure was amazing- he was considerate, kind, caring, & quick. I had an issue after with bone fragments & he got me in a couple hours after I contacted him about it & when I arrived I was in the chair in 10 mins & back out in 5! I didn't feel a thing either procedure, he made sure I was numb & never proceeded until I confirmed I was. He paid attention & since o was extremely scared both times, he kept talking to me to divert my attention & kept me calm. If it weren't for him, I'd give just 1 star. The dental assistant that cleaned my teeth was incredibly rude, unprofessional, & harsh with the process. She was hurting me & being aggressive with the tools on my gums & teeth. It was horribly painful. Now, I snake cigarettes & drink coffee, so obviously my teeth weren't crazy white, so she made sure to make disgustingly rude comments. My gums and teeth are very sensitive, always have been, I kept telling her she was hurting me only to be told "shut up, I'm going to keep doing this bc I have to". I also had a broken tooth, which she made sure to irritate further & cause me to have to have medications which delayed my procedure to have it fixed. Another odd thing that they do... they refuse to answer their phones. You have to text them to make an appointment & if you mention calling you are told "no no no, you have to text. We don't do phone calls. Don't bother we won't be answering you. The phones will just continue to ring", I find this absurd. It's a dentistry office, phone calls are extremely important. Texting to make an appointment is not the best way, especially when they don't always take the time to get back to you. This office is a complete mess. Though they have a couple wonderful dentists in there, I won't return. I wish these dentists had their own offices, I'd definitely attend the dentists office that performed my procedures.

I had an appointment at 10 am for my daughter. We arrived an hour early. She wasn't taken back to her room for 2 hours. We watched as people showed up, were treated, and then left. Not feeling very welcome here.

So my son has an appointment in 3 days, I just now get a text telling me that they have all of a sudden changed their policy so that children of any age will now be the only ones permitted in the exam room. My son is 5. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! They said I'm sorry if this is a problem, you can call the number on the back of your card for a new dentist. Am I the only one that has a problem with this?

First off, I love that you can send texts to schedule appointments or just ask questions it's so convenient as a busy mother. I just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and I was so afraid. The staff reassured me and made me feel 100% comfortable. The whole procedure only lasted about 40 minutes and I had no problems falling asleep and it felt like I was only there for 5 minutes. I woke up and didn't feel any pain at all until about 3 hours later. I highly recommend this office!!

As much as anyone can claim going to the dentist as a favorable experience this place is it. I was initially referred to Allied via another Dentist and quickly understood I had left the equivalent of a back alley abortionist and stepped into a top notch facility. Great Dentists, Great staff. Knowledgeable and Caring. Quickly identified and fixed the issues. The text straight to Dr and or office staff is amazingly proficient. I drive an hour one way and will continue for all my dental needs. I couldn't be happier with my experience here. Brilliant Quality Care.

When my daughter FIRST started here, they were great. Now, I wish I could give 10 negative stars. She's 12 years old, autistic, which when given the laughing gas is comfortable. Last appointment was the worst and LAST. They put her in a room to do her front teeth, tiny cavities. She asked where was the gas, they told her that room didn't have it and she would have to go with out it. Now I was sent to the car, or I would NEVER of let that happen. Long story short her fillings look HORRIBLE, she felt him drilling, and now she has had terrible pain and tons of ulcers on the inside of her lip. Not too mention you have to wait a month and a half between visits. They have gone down hill tremendously. I am definitely contacting my insurance company and making a formal complaint. She is scared now to go back to them. I didn't want her to have a fear of dentist. It's a real problem when they shouldn't ever be afraid of going to the dentist.
