I recently had my wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Macholl and I was given the best experience from not only Dr. Macholl himself, but his nursing staff as well. The nurses were extremely caring towards me and thoughtful, throughout the entire process as they made sure I was comfortable at all times. A few hours after the procedure, Dr. Macholl contacted my mom HIMSELF to follow up about me post surgery and made sure we knew we can feel free to contact him at any time if there were any further medical concerns. Dr. Macholl was empathetic enough to even welcome me back to his office five days after surgery, to give me peace of mind that everything was healing as it was supposed to. On top of everything, there was not a time where I had to take pain killers!! Dr. Macholl left me with absolutely NO PAIN post the procedure and through the entire recovery process(WHICH IS ALMOST NEVER HEARD OF)! Overall, Dr. Macholl has angel hands!! He is the kind of Doctor who you can tell, really cares for his patients and wants nothing but the best for them. And a prime example of what every Doctor should be. If you are looking for a Doctor to remove your Wisdom Teeth, I promise you that Dr. Macholl is the one to go to. You will not be disappointed! Words cannot describe how thankful I am for the care from him and his staff.

They took great care of my husband during his wisdom tooth removal. The doctor was compassionate an kind, and thoroughly explained to me how the procedure went while waiting for my husband to wake-up. They also didn't rush him to wake up, and there was no "recovery room", meaning they didn't walk him to a different area while he was still half asleep, which was great! I appreciated that they offered either laughing gas or anesthesia sedition. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, the clinic was clean, and my husband recovered well!

I met with Dr. Parmer for his professional opinion on a tooth extraction. I had met with a dentist and surgeon PRIOR to coming to Alliance Oral and Maxillofacial, and they all said that my tooth was unsalvageable. AFTER having Dr. Parmer look at my tooth, and thoroughly explaining what he sees. He said the tooth can be saved and suggested I have a root canal.... and referred me to another professional. And now I am all healed up after months of pain! That spoke volumes to me! His integrity and transparency in his profession was so much appreciated. So, I did not have a tooth extraction, but if I had to in the future... I would certainly choose Dr. Parmer. I trust him wholeheartedly. Not to forget, the staff is wonderful and warm! I felt very welcomed and comfortable with my entire experience!

Doctor Macholl is by far one of the best oral surgeons I have ever come across. Yesterday, I made an emergency visit as I was having the most excruciating pain. I ended up having to have my tooth extracted, which I was lucky enough to get an appointment the day of. The surgery went extremely smooth and even Doctor Macholl rang me in the evening to check up on me. Him and all of the staff were so sincere. I can not thank you enough -- you have my highest recommendation possible!

I was referred to Dr. Parmer through my dentist, who is also FABULOUS, Dr. Kirkham. I had two wisdom teeth surgically removed and it was a much better experience than expected. I truly felt like I was in good hands and my post-op experience has not been bad either given the circumstances! He even called the evening of my surgery to see how I was hanging in there, which may be a little gesture but meant a lot. I will recommend him to anyone needing oral surgery. Stress free and very organized!

My jaw had been hurting for two weeks due to a broken tooth and Dr. James Macholl performed my extraction without any problems. Dr. Macholl and his staff were extremely welcoming, and my favorite part of the visit was how informative he was. He made it easy for me to understand everything he was talking about when looking at my x-ray, and he even called back the day after my surgery to see how I was doing. I cannot wait to go back and have all of my wisdom teeth removed by him. Normally, I would be scared, but he did such a great job! I definitely recommend going to him.
