I saw Hannah for my routine cleaning and she was wonderful!! She truly cares about you as the client and it's so evident that she is passionate about what she does.

So much for caring staff. I had some dental work done and thought I had the money on my card to pay for the $900.00 in work and when I went to pay I only was able to come up with $300.00. Leaving me with a $600.00 balance. So now that I have an infection and need an extraction, they dont care if I have a swollen face and an infection. They have to have their $600.00 and will not see me until its paid in full? I offered to make a payment plan so I could be seen, and nope. The receptionist took delight in telling me that I could NOT be seen. After I paid the $340.00 to even be a patient. Money, money, money, money! Unreal. Updated: oh because that helps. First, I never got a bill. Second, if I had it don't you think I'd have given it to you? Take a look around at where you practice. It's Rochester, people don't have a lot of money here. That money I owe is not putting you out of business by any means. So you'll let people suffer that don't have money to pay at once? Great policy!

They got me in same day for a dental emergency, when every other place turned me away. Every staff member from the moment I walked in to the moment I left was kind and considerate. I've never experienced such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. They didn't shame me or make me feel lesser for my bad teeth. Which sadly I've had that happen more than once at the dentist. Highly recommend.

Set an appointment yesterday for 315 get a text message to confirm the 16th at 3pm Get a call at 2:30pm that I missed my appointment they tell me my appointment was scheduled for 2:15. Now I get to wait until Tuesday for a new appointment. Awesome job alliance for dental care. So then it's my fault that I missed an appointment.

Wish there was an option for 0 stars. Have to schedule same day appointment? That's complete bs. Ive had tooth pain for the past week now I can't feel it. Mum tried scheduling an appointment online and they said with my insurance we have to call. Better off nobody goes here then, definitely don't recommend going here. Staff is kinda rude as well

Dr Kochhar is the worst dentist I have ever been to. He was very rough and two of my fillings that have been completely fine were damaged. He rested the drill consistently on a filling on my front tooth and it fell out two days later. The filling he was doing initially was on tooth 13. Five days after that work was done, a filling on that tooth cracked. I have never had any issues with grinding my teeth or fillings being damaged. Within a week of this dentist working on me two of my teeth were damaged. I was charged to fix both teeth. More than $80 out of pocket and hundreds to my insurance, nearly a quarter of my annual maximum coverage, to fix problems he caused. I will now have to suffer in pain waiting another year before I can have my wisdom teeth removed because of Dr Kochhar. When the second filling cracked, I was told over the phone that the follow up would be free bc that was the exact tooth he had just worked on. When I was in the chair, he claimed that bc it wasn't the exact location on the tooth he had worked on, that he had nothing to do with it. He said that the filling was chipped and didn't need any intervention. Without explaining the cost to me or explaining to me what he would be doing, he proceeded to do work on that chip that he had just called harmless and charged $141 for something I was told would be free. Again, within a week of his work two of my teeth had lost all or part of previous fillings that had never had issues before, but apparently he claims are just coincidental. I didn't even have the option to give medical consent before the work was done the second time. This dr. is a complete scam artist. He spent the entirety of my first appointment bragging to the dental assistant about how rich he was. Talking about how he was waiting for his 13 year old child to decide on a private school to determine where they would live and how he was getting a new Tesla. Absolutely disgusting, the way he is scamming working class people. And just gross, as the practice owner, to so flippantly brag to your employees about your wealth, in front of a patient no less. Dr Daza on the other hand, who did my filling replacement on my front tooth, was amazing. If Dr. Kochhar didn't own the practice, and if my insurance fully covered her, I would be switching to her as my dentist. Highly recommend her. As it is, I will never be returning to Alliance Dental and will never take anyone in my family here.

Office staff is great Love my hygienist Gabby. Very understanding that I am not a fan of the Dentist at all. All are patient with me. My only issue is unfortunately is not enough late appointments available. In todays World of shift workers, sometimes we need later times

Tarin is phenomenal. My experience both times has exceeded any and all expectations of dentistry in the realms of professionalism, bedside manner, and providing comfort regarding difficult situations. What was initially thought to be a 10-15 min extraction turned into a 1.5 hour removal. Now that may sound like a negative, but during the entire experience I felt no pain, and was supported and in the experienced hands of Tarin and the other practitioners at Alliance. I love it here, and never thought I would be able to say that about a dental office.

I lost a filling, broke a tooth and needed a dentist. I did search on line and found 12 practices in the next town over. I decided to call the practice easiest to get to. The receptionist told me I could see the dentist in 2 or 3 weeks but I had to see a technician first. Alliance was next on my list to call. The receptionist said they could get me in next afternoon. I said I prefer mornings. She put me on hold for a minute and then set me up for 1045 the next morning. Doctor Tarin fixed my teeth so I could eat. Gave me some pills and scheduled me for a root canal 7 days later. She told me the root canal would be painless. I had my 1st root canal in 1954 and 2 in1960 and 1 in 1971 so I knew better. Anyhow I showed up for the root canal and sat tensed up and gripping the arms of the chair every time the Doc went near my mouth and she kept telling me to relax it wasn't going to hurt. After awhile the Doc started to move away and I asked when she was going to pop the nerve out. She said it was all done and she was just finishing up. I didn't feel a thing. I have a new dentist now.

I found this Gem of a place a couple months ago. I wish I had found them YEARS ago!! This is hands down the best dentist office I have EVER been to. I personally see DR. Nassaney. She is AMAZING!! Seriously does miracles! Well the whole crew is amazing! Dr. Nassaney had made me have hope in achieving a perfect smile again! A goal I had given up on, a long time ago. I would recommend this dental office to absolutely everyone! They are compassionate, and truly care about the patient. I absolutely love the confidence they have given me! Thank you Alliance dental!

I went in knowing i had a lot of issues with my mouth and finally got the insurance i needed for dental since state insurance only does so much. I take responsibility for my mouth being as bad as it is with some blame pushed towards past dental offices. With that being said, there wasnt much understanding on their part. Comments were made such as "wow you have A LOT going on, im not even sure what the next step should be" which i found slightly unprofessional. I was uncomfortable and needless to say i left on the verge of tears. Im sure theyre normally great...but after 2 years of being terrified of going, lets just say im very anxiety ridden to go back and hear what else they have to say.
