Alliance dental staff and Dr, Gaskin are great" the staff greets you as you enter, and they are very respectful Dr, Gaskin always explain the proceeded before hand, and as he doing the dental work he takes the time to tell you as he's working on your teeth, thank you to Dr Gaskin and all his staff for all you do.

My visit's have been great I've been going to alliance dental for 2yrs, the worker's are very nice and dr Gaskin does a great job on my teeth, he's very patient and always tell you step to step what he's doing" he's also gentle on the mouth, if your looking for companion caring and some one to care with no waiting when you have a schedule appointment I say this is it, thankyou dr Gaskin, and staff for doing a great job

Go somewhere else. They said I didn't confirm my appointment, which I did. I didn't find out they cancelled my appointment until I showed up for my fillings. Seriously, not even a courtesy call or text to let me know you cancelled my appointment? Thanks a lot, my car is in the shop and I wasted $40 taking an uber there and then home again for nothing. Edit for the business's response. Yes, your policy for confirming appointments is clear, that is why I confirmed my appointment. My appointment was cancelled anyway, without anyone reaching out to inform me. Regarding your "4+ attempts" to reach me, I was called once and then texted only once to confirm my appointment. I responded to the text to confirm my appointment. There was no further communication after that. I have never been to any other medical practice before that does not reach out to inform you of cancelations.

If I could warn anyone away with a lower than 1-star I would. I called complaining of pain after a few fillings one day last spring. The said there was nothing they could do although I called during the correct hours. When I visited next they said I was no longer a patient there. Then at my next dentist I was asked why my last dentist added a note that I had been dismissed for missing too many appointments. She said that I wouldn't be accepted except for the fact that the new e-ray's showed that the previous dentist at Alliance Family Dental had put a filling on top of a cavity that he said he replaced after doing work inside the tooth. She said obviously there was pain and I told her that I have never missed an appointment in my life.

Very nice especially because you are at the dentist. Staff is very friendly. Dentist is very nice. Appointments are taken on time- no waiting

The women there are kind and friendly. The doctor on the other hand is no good. He doesn't care about your wants and concerns. Because I would not allow him to remove all my teeth he said he would not clean or replace fillings that fell out. He said that he would only pull teeth one at a time as they bothered me. I will never return there. I wouldn't recommend he to my dog.

I really like this dentist,everyone is very friendly,and you are not in the waiting room for long,and this place is very clean,and we all seen gross ones due to low income insurance. Last year I thought I was dying lol out of nowhere due to a infected molar,they took care of things quickly,(I thought I would have to wait a week or more) I have in the past with other dentists, Very happy and will recommend to others..

I just tried to make an appointment for a cleaning and I was put on hold by Taneisha for over 10 minutes. I guess it's time to find a new dentist!

I've been a patient of Alliance Dental for many years and never have been dissatisfied with their service. The staff have always been kind and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Every person that I had contact with at my appointment was kind and patient with me. They were also very knowledgeable of my issues. I highly recommend they're services.

My boyfriend of 27 years has been a patient here for a few years but they barely return phone calls the text alerts for appointments ARE NOT always correct and because they NEVER answer the phone or call back @ inconvenient times they suck!!!!

Amazing staff and dentist let me start off my saying I have had a fear on the dentist for over 10 years and suffer from extreme anxiety which has caused me to stay out of a dentist chair with something as simple as a teeth cleaning can be horrific but the staff was extremely patient with me I would recommend them to everyone they made a horrific experience into something halfway pleasant

Awesome dentistry. The dentist, dental hygienist, receptionist ladies were super nice and friendly. I got all my appointments set up on the first day and the wonderful hygienist cleaned my teeth the first day. So thankful.

Terrible place to go to! Messed my 4 lower left teeth up and wouldn't fixed it! I had to end up going to another dentist to get it fixed and the fillings the doctor did turned out to need root canals in which he new and still have me fills! Very displeased with the overall service i experienced! I called and called for weeks and no call back nor did they admit guilt! If you care about your mouth do not go to them!

There customer service skills are horrible they hang up on you. They can get you in for your first appointment in a day but when you have a broken tooth that hurts it take them months to find an open spot.

My experience there was good. Staff was very friendly. Especially on my first visit. But it kind of goes south from there. I was told that all my teeth would be pulled on my next visit.. I show up and was told I'm only getting 4 pulled. After dentist comes in he asks top or bottom. Figured in a few days the opposite would be pulled. Dentist is very good. No pain at all. Get done and was asked when do you want too come in early or late . Said didn't matter. Then the bad news. Next appointment is November 22nd. Was told I would have all my teeth pulled and have dentures in 6 weeks. Going too be eating mush until after Christmas. 3 months for next appointment is not realistic at all. Was told 6 weeks total. I kinda feel like I was let down. No thanksgiving turkey or ham. Like the old song all I want for Christmas is my two front teeth.

It's getting ridiculous with these bullshit practices now a days. Oh your in pain? Well you have until February to get your teeth pulled. Oh wait, you missed 2 appointments YEARS AGO sorry we can't schedule you anymore. Because that's where the health care system is going now a days, refusing help because a person works for a living, God forbid.
