Lisa was born and raised in Cary. After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene, she and her husband moved to Greenville, NC. They returned to Cary in 1991 where she has been practicing dental hygiene ever since. Patients from all over the Triangle have followed her for years because of her deep experience, gentle hands and compassionate care. Lisa and her husband Rick enjoy spending time with their daughter Ally, their son Kyle and his wife Katie, and especially their precious new granddaughter, Tatum.
Lorrie grew up in Durham and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been a dental hygienist for over three decades and we are thrilled she has brought that experience to our office. Many patients have followed her for years, a testament to her warmth, dedication and skilled care. Lorrie and her husband Mark have three children, Macy, Jamie and Zach. She enjoys spending time with Macy and her son-in-law Ryan, and supporting Jamie and Zachs sports teams at Middle Creek High School.
Michelle is from Stedman, NC and earned her Dental Hygiene degree at Fayetteville Technical Community College in 2010. She worked in dental offices in the Fayetteville area until moving to Ohio for a couple of years. After returning to North Carolina, she filled in for a maternity leave at Alliance Dentistry and we were pleased when she became a permanent full time hygienist at our office in early 2017. She is a skilled embroiderer and enjoys hiking and spending time with family and friends.
Stephanie has worked with Dr. Tim for more than 12 years and has been a member of the Alliance Dentistry team since we opened. She grew up in Charlotte, NC and graduated with a Certificate in Dental Assisting II from Wake Tech Community College. She is the head Dental Assistant and plays a critical role in the success of our clinical operations. When not working, Stephanie and her husband are always on the go, keeping up with their three sons and their sports schedules.
Holly has been a member of the Alliance Dentistry team since 2014. Growing up in Danville, VA, she relocated to the Triangle area to enroll in the Dental Assisting Program at Wake Technical Community College. Upon graduation, Holly received honors for Outstanding Clinical Achievement, Academic Achievement and Pediatric Dental Assisting. Outside the office, Holly and her husband love being with their young son Noah and their three dogs.
Rebekah has been in the dental field for over seven years. A native of Danville, VA she has served as dental assistant, front office coordinator and patient care coordinator. In her free time, she enjoys exploring art, traveling, helping out in the community and spending time with her niece and nephews.

This review is from the perspective of my nine year old daughter: I like alliance dentistry because when I got my teeth done a week ago and I could feel the difference from before and after and I like that when I'm done with my check up I get to go to the prize box but my favorite favorite part is the people because there so nice and they don't get mad at you and they know what there doing thanks for listening of my opinion so that's why I love alliance dentistry

Moved down here from the Chicago area and sought out a dentist and I can't be more happier with this office. All the people are professional. The dentists are like your best friends and they sit and talk with you for as long as it takes and listen to all your questions and want to make the experience a positive one. You can't go wrong with this office. Fantastic dental office.

Nice office and everything seems nice before the procedure one price after you've done all other story and you can't do anything and you have to pay this amount . Such a lie and rip off . Always ask before you go and do the service or you will pay other amount way more than they say , it's good it wasn't more than a thousand. Beware Are you sure about it ? Don't you think spouses or family members can come at your office . How is the grammar applies to the review and your service ?

Great service, great location, friendly staff and amazing Dr. Maureen. I love love love Alliance Dentistry. Dr. Maureen is an WONDERFUL person, and her office does carry along this feeling I have about their practice. My entire family receives dental care twice a year at this office. They are reliable, very caring people and available for you when you need them in an emergency situation. I highly recommend Alliance Dentistry!

I've had nothing but great experiences at Alliance Dentistry. Both dentists are friendly and informative and the dental hygienists are great. I do have one comment--there are no extra wide chairs in the waiting room. An addition of one or two of these might be welcomed by larger patients.

The office manager KaIei Daniels told me that Dr. Timothy C. Raczka will not talk to their customers for dental appointment and the office manager will handle all customers appointment. My wife previous years appointment was scheduled @ 4~4:30PM (last appointment) every 6 months for teeth cleaning and her boss don't like her to take 1/2 day off for the dentist appointment. Alliance Dentistry recently changed their appointment schedule for the last appointment at 2:30 PM for my wife and it didn't work for my wife and she have to take off 1/2 day for the dentist appointment. I would like Dr. Timothy C. Raczka consider their customers situation and extend their teeth cleaning services to 5:00PM.
