My husband and I have been going to Alliance dental for about 5 years. My husband missed and appointment this year. He talked to the regarding the appointment and why he was unable. Three months later we received a $50 bill. After calling I was told they just got around billing for missed visits. The attitude was basically the $50 is more important than your years of being clients. As far as the office. Since Alliance took bought this location the staff is changing and rotating. The office now has six locations and you never know who will be your dentist. The last dentist that did a crown was on rotation. The anesthetic needle was broken and was leaking fluid in my mouth. I tried to explain as I was gagging on it. They finally checked it and saw that it was not working and that the needle never injected the anestisic. The dentist had never been to the office and the staff was very condescending. I was very scared during the entire visit. There have been visits that the drama spoken between the staff was more than I needed to hear. We are sending the check for $50 to collections today. This location has continually gone downhill. No more corporate locations for us.

My Wife and I both saw Debbie for a cleaning and she does a great job! They do a great job all round with our dental care.

Awesome all the way around. I went there initially because they do same day crowns but I'm switching the whole family there for everything.

Great experience at Alliance Dental. Very friendly at desk and Morgan the hygienist was wonderful. The Dr. Was very personable and not pushing about things that need done. I am very glad that I found a good dentist to go to since we moved here from Ohio. I actually look forward to returning. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable!

Most friendly and professional group. All employees get a long and are always willing to help each other. Great teamwork. And the doctor in charge is friendly, professional, personable and amazing at what he does. Best dental experiences ever.

I was a new patient had a tooth ache. Called in at 8 am they told me to come in at 930. I got there filled out a little paperwork and got called right back. They did x rays and pulled 2 teeth and I was out of there by 10:20. Very nice and fast.

Please read if you want an honest review. Upon my first cleaning here I was told by a fill in dentist (not dr. Straughn, which the staff did not notify me he would be out) that I would need four fillings and a crown. I was shocked as I do take care of my teeth and I am fairly young. I insisted on a second look by Dr. Straughn and I was told the crown was unnecessary and could be filled. I proceeded with all the fillings, even though I have never had a problem with cavities. On one of the fillings the injection hit a vein and I felt a huge pain go up the left side of my face. I actually had a panic attack in the room and the staffs reaction was pretty careless. I told them multiple times I do have anxiety, you would think they would be more caring based on all the glowing reviews. I ended up with a large hemaotoma on the left side of my face that lasted weeks after that injection. I swore I was done after that, but I developed pain on my bottom right side after one of the fillings. I reluctantly returned hoping the fix would be covered since it had been only a few months since this filling. At my second cleaning Dr. Straughn was out again, and once again the staff did not notify me. Eventually, after persisting via phone calls etc after my cleaning, he said the filling could be re done for no charge. Now here's where it really gets suspicious. I show up at the appointment to get this filling redone and I am handed a paper with a different tooth that needs to be filled. I get very frustrated at this point. No one had mentioned an additional filling for a bottom right tooth at my last cleaning. It felt like they were trying to cover the cost of re-doing the other filling "for free." I agreed after much pressure from the staff, but honestly I wish I had just went somewhere else for another opinion at this point. Also get this, they almost re-filled the wrong tooth and I had to point this out to them! After redoing the filling, I was told there was an air bubble that was causing the discomfort. Hmmm...well how did that happen? This was originally filled at this office just a few months prior. I am done with this location. On top of all this, I am now having pain on the new filling. Who knows if it was done right.

New crown installed today. Such a convenience to have my family dentist be able to do it. The people in Dr. Straughan's office are top notch, very efficient, and obviously enjoy what they do. Dr. Straughan is an excellent dentist; I respect his skills and dental advice. He and his pleasant and very capable staff make going to the dentist as palatable as possible :-) . I wish to thank ALL of the people at the Alliance Dental Group for their quality and efficient service, in making every visit a productive one.

Looking for a new dentist can be one of the hardest things to do and I am thrilled to have found Alliance Dental Group. My first visit was very detailed and they took their time with both the exam as well as the cleaning. The staff is amazing and so friendly! The minute I left I called my husband to let him know we found a new dentist!

This wasn't my first visit to the dentist office. I'm a regular...have been for years now. (For routine cleanings, x-ray's, Etc.) I had a small cavity to have filled. (Believe I've only had two in my lifetime....) So I'll admit I was a bit nervous about the experience....wasn't sure or could recall any discomfort with the procedure. But before, during and after the visit - I was impressed at how quickly it was taken care of. Zero pain or discomfort. Thanks to the Dentist and his assistant...Would recommend this office for your dental needs!

This is dentist office is awesome! couldnt imagine going anywhere else. Everyone is kind , considerate and family like. This is the place to go if you need a Awesome dentist office.
