Went in office three times for a front tooth filling. The first filling chipped out of my Mouth within 3 days. The longest one lasted just under a month. I wasn't eating hardtack when all my fillings chipped out. I chipped it Eating a hash-brown bowl and chicken nuggets. The first time the filling just fell out of my mouth in my sleep. When I asked how to prevent further chipping incidents I was told to just not bite with that tooth at all. How I'm supposed to never bite down with my front tooth again I'm not sure but I'm not the D.D.S Only reason I'd give my experience two stars is the friendly staff.

Dr. Fleming and Dakota are a duo that make going to the Dentist almost enjoyable. They are very professional and make you feel at home. I'm having a lot of work done and I don't dread going to each appointment. If you're looking for a place to get work done, this is the place.

I cannot even begin to explain how amazing this office is as a whole. I have had to have a root canal and crown, as well as a cleaning and multiple fillings. Dr. Fleming is such an amazing dentist, he is so efficient and precise. Tiffany is an amazing dental assistant! Brooke and Hunter are both so amazing at getting you scheduled and taken care of at the end of every appointment. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I cannot say enough good things about Alliance Dental !! I thought I'd been going to a great dentist for years, however, it wasn't until I made the switch to Alliance due to change in insurance, did I realize how wrong I was. Dr. Rivera and all the staff are just incredible! At my initial visit, Dr. Rivera took the time to educate me on my issues by explaining things in great detail and answering my questions until he was certain I understood. The entire staff was very caring and sympathetic to my needs and made sure I was physically comfortable the duration of my visit. They worked with me putting together a plan of treatment that wasn't only feasible, but one that wouldn't overwhelm me financially. It's a relaxed atmosphere and with everyone being as friendly and welcoming as they were.. going to the dentist actually turned out to be an enjoyable experience. I'm truly grateful to Alliance Dental for the excellent care they'd given me. I'm extremely satisfied with my decision to change dentists.

I have had to go through a few dental offices since I moved here 12 years ago. And I truly hope Alliance Dental folks are here for the long haul, I finally found a place, I actually enjoy calling and visiting. They are friendly, caring, and professional. It's a great atmosphere. Thank you, I appreciate all of you at the King's Mountain office.

Dr. Fleming and his team, specifically Dakota and Tiffany are amazing! I broke my tooth and they saw me and capped cleaned and made sure all was taken care of. Followed up extremely timely and explained well! This is a team I can say I have been thoroughly impressed with and recommend to whomever is looking for a safe and healthy, and above all customer focused dentistry.

The office staff was very nice and efficient getting me back to the doctor. The doctor was great. He explained what needed to be done and got it done with very little pain. They all impressed me with there kindness and willingness to help.

I had a Appointment for 6/3/2021 and I work and I left work to come to my appointment at 1:00pm and they said they called me and I don't get good signal in the plant and just because I didn't answer they made me reschedule!! I ain't ever had that done to me till today

I absolutely love this place. They have been amazing with my sons root canal and crown. The dentist even had my son smiling, which isnt easy to do. I would definitely recommend them. The office staff are amazing as well. Best bedside manners ever.

Very friendly, got me in and fixed up in no time. The tooth pain got worse and they were able to see my the next day. Big thumbs up to the doctors and nurses there.
