Had two implants today one upper one lower on different sides. The whole process was quick and as easy as possible. Pretty sore this evening and likely tomorrow as well but no more than expected.

I'm 37 and I was nervous about my first root canal. I've had terrible experiences with other dentists that caused me to fear any kind of drilling. Dr. Straughan made sure I was properly numb and I didn't even feel a thing!!!!

I was welcomed into the office immediately and warmly. Everyone was professional and treated me with respect. I especially liked my hygienist, Lisa! Such a great office!

Poor service. Not friendly. Did not listen. To me as a customer after being a long time patient. Does not serve minority clients with respect.

I have been going to this dentist for awhile. I loved Dr. Zac but he left. Since then, it's not the same. My hygentist left too. There was a big turn over of them, I only had the same hygentist 2 times. The replacement for Dr. Zach was pretty to look at but wasn't very personable. He did a filling for me that fell out the next day. So Dr. Straughn fixed it. He was nice. He is the owner. I told him one of my biggest issues was that every single time I made an appointment they would call and have to change it. I hated that. My schedule is very busy and I schedule in the early morning because it works around my work schedule. So I have an appointment next week with Dr. Straughn. Made it 6 months ago. Guess what. They just called and they have to reschedule for the afternoon. I can't do afternoon appointments, that's why I do morning. Duh. I call, I admit I wasn't very nice. I wanted to know WHY the dentist won't be there at our scheduled appointment. "he is here in the afternoon"... then why the hell did you schedule me an appointment in the morning!!!!. needless to say I told them I wanted a copy of my records and to cancel any and all future appointments. The doctor is nice and all but they obviously don't care about my time that every appointment needs to be changed. Had enough.

This was my first visit, but I am super happy I found them! Amazing dentist, dental hygienist, and office staff. They were up front about costs and gave me options for treatments. If you need a patient focused team, this is a great option!!

Was sent to this office on Concord Lake Rd from my dental office which is Alliance on Union Street to do an extraction of a broken tooth . And also had bone graft done. Will have to say from the front office staff to the staff assisting Dr Zac was excellent. Dr Zac was the most gentle dentist I've ever been too. He made sure I was doing ok through the whole procedure.I highly recommend this office!

My daughter woke up today with an abscess and in pain. Dr. Zac took us today when we called without hesitation. She's typically pretty scared when having dental work but he was amazing with her. She never cried once. I'm really grateful he was able to take care of her so quickly and was so kind to her. The receptionist was nice and when I asked her about insurance and payment she told me to pay what they anticipated being our out of pocket and then if we owed anything they would send us a statement. That was so refreshing. We have used Alliance Dental but not Dr. Zac's before today. We are seriously considering changing locations because of the way we were treated today by not just Dr. Zac but because his entire staff was amazing and kind.

Sept 2020- I want to share my experience with Dr. Zac and his AMAZING STAFF. As a child I had a traumatic experience with a dentist and ever since I have been very anxious and afraid to go to visit any dentist. Well, that all changed from my visit yesterday. The whole entire staff especially Natalie, you have found your calling girl ! She made me feel so at ease and relaxed that I never experienced any pain or slight discomfort AT ALL. I know now that I have found my forever dentist office. I thought that I would never say this but I can not wait to go back for my next appointment! Thanks Alliance Dental Group Concord Lake!!!!! UPDATE--Nov 2020- went in for my cleaning and I really do feel like my anxiety levels are at an all time low. Dr. Zac and his staff is amazing. Emily did my cleaning and was thoughtful towards my care. This crew definitely treats you with such great care and they know what they are doing. I love my new Dentist office I HIGHLY recommend this dental office they are great!

My daughter had to have a couple cavities filled. Dr. Zac made the experience very positive for her! She was not afraid and he was able to keep her calm while also making her laugh. The staff are all so professional and friendly. Five stars!

Dr Zack is a wonderful dentist and everyone there makes you feel very comfortable. A great atmosphere and wonderful staff.. I recommend them 100 percent.

Dr. Zac Williams and team are absolutely amazing. I needed a dentist quick since I had a broken tooth that needed to be extracted. They fit me in quickly and was even able to work in a cleaning. Everyone was genuine and caring! They also had very fun personalities. It had been 10 years since I have been to a dentist and they were informative without being shaming, which is what I was avoiding since it has been so long. 10/10 recommend!

Had a wonderful visit where Emily made sure I was comfortable while she cleaned my teeth. Sure do appreciate the professionalism that is given at each visit.
