So let me begin my review by saying I've had a lot of dental work .. Dr Malaric is the best in south Florida she's replaced 3 bridges all flawlessly with no pain and she's very gentle and caring. She's replaced over 4 old fillings with out any issues. She's also done zoom whitening witch takes a while but makes sure your very comfortable . Her hygienist has done the greatest cleanings. She's doing my Invisalign now and within only four months its made a huge difference in my smile .. if your looking for the best of the best that ft Myers has to offer Dr. Malaric is a gleaming example. ..She really cares about her patients and does amazing work ..Her staff is just as kind and caring , and they make you feel like family! I would recommend her to anyone who's looking for an outstanding dentist, and if you ever have a dental emergency she will be there for you.!

I saw dr as an emergency face was swollen! She prescribed an antibiotic and referred to an incompetent uncaring root canal specialist. I needed a bridge which she took electronic impressions in order to make bridge.temporary bridge was fine the new one wasn't fitting she is a small person and I'm sure used all her strength.when it didn't fit she did not inform me of what she was doing but did lazer on my gum to make the bridge fit ! She had to cut away part of temporary to let gum heal! I called when I got home saying I have had much dental work done and never did anyone cut off a piece to make an artificial piece work! Receptionist assured me and did ask if I wanted to make appointment to speak with dr. Well I ended up having to require an apicoetomy the "root canal specialist" missed it this is been going on 2 years and almost job by dr Ford is almost complete.I would not ever recommend this dentist for anything very very disappointed

Dr. Malaric's office is courteous, professional, and has taken proper precautions during Covid. I have been a patient for many years, and always feel welcomed, valued, and informed. I like that Dr. Malaric is young and on top of her craft. She has always taken the time to explain any diagnoses and treatments and answer my questions. Cecil is a warm, friendly hygienist who excels not just at the medical part of her job, but at making patients comfortable and relaxed. Front end staff are also always kind and helpful. Amazing group!

Dr. Spaska is very caring and professional dentist with a holistic approach to dentistry that is focused on prevention over treatment. Since becoming her patient, I have not had to do anything but simple cleanings and an annual exam. What a great place... a gem of a dental office with great staff :-) Thank you!

Alliance Dental is an excellent Dentist !! Dr Spaska Malaric and her staff are most professional with an commanding grasp of customer service. If you are unhappy where you are or are in need of a Dentist, Dr Spaska Malaric and her staff is a keeper.

I am a seasonal resident to Fort Myers and in need of a dentist for a toothache. Excellent staff and Dentist Figured out the problem and set me up with an endodontist. Plan on making this my dentist while I am in Florida. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

During this COvid 19 pandemic the dentist office is not taking any chances. I was escorted ,while masked ,by my hygienist back to her room for my teeth cleaning. Once there I could remove my mask, rinse with mouth cleanser, wash hands and sit in the dental chair. At this point it was business as usual. I am so pleased with the safety measures taken and as always with the supreme service I receive every time each visit.

Great experience fro Receptionist to Hygientist to The Dentist. Everyone was very warm and helpful. I hate going to Dentist and gave this office a try and will now be a regular.

There isn't anything thing I can say negative about the doctor and her staff. First time in my life I can go to a dentist that I don't feel my anxiety level going through the roof
