Roarke J. Miller, DMD, was born in Caldwell, Idaho, and raised in nearby Middleton. He attended Ricks College, Boise State University, and California State University, San Marcos for his undergraduate studies. After completing his dental education from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, in 2004, Dr. Miller served as a dentist in the U.S. Army. His duties took him to Korea and to Southern California. After four years of military service, he and his family returned home to the Treasure Valley where he has enjoyed practicing dentistry in private practice.

Today after a rough painful weekend I called Alliance Dental Care to see if They could fit in a emergency extraction . Instead of what you hear from most of the other Dental Offices almost always no openings . Dr Miller's wonderful office staff said they were going to take the time to reconfirm the appointments for the day if there was a cancellation she would call. Within the hour she called to say there was a opening I took it and was expecting a emergency dental charge , no hidden fee's only exactly thats on the website Dr . Miler promised they honor. As soon as I arrived the girls were so wonderful . They calmed my over the top nervousness. Once Dr Miller stepped in he walked me through each and every step that was going to take place. He calmed my fear because I am a heavy bleeder. Talked me through each and every minute of the extraction!! These professional are the very best of the best . Thank You so much .

My visits to Alliance are always positive. Dr. Miller and his staff are genuinely compassionate. They are thorough in their explanations and never make me feel silly for the questions I ask. They rejoice with me when things are going well and show a true concern when things aren't. I have recommended them to many people. I am thankful I found them!

My husband went in to get some teeth extracted. The staff is super friendly. They got him right in, we didn't have to wait. Very professional and non judgemental. We will keep going back for the great and inexpensive service. Thank you Alliance Dental.

I have been going to Alliance Dental for over a year a I appreciate the way they have treated me from the beginning, the whole office staff is very helpful and friendly. Doctor Miller helps you understand all your dental needs and never makes you feel anything but positive about what he is going to do for your care. I have actually recommended Alliance to many of my fellow veterans who do not have dental insurance. This my favorite dental practice by far.
