I had a filling done here two years ago, and have been in pain when chewing on my right side ever since. I visited another All Heart Dental location a few months later to see if they could help me, and they looked at the filling and said it should be fine. I was in pain, and I didn't receive a helpful answer. They prescribed me some steroids and toothpaste but that didn't help. Two years later, I finally visited 21st Century Dental, and my care there was remarkably better. They showed me an X-ray where my filling at All Heart Dental had gotten too close to my nerve. It looked like someone had tried to patch it before completing the filling. I am now having to spend over a thousand dollars to have repair work done for what happened to me at All Heart. I should have been suspicious when they said I had 8 cavities after more twenty years of never having one with no significant diet change. I am saddened by my experience and hope that this proves helpful for anyone trying to decide whether to go here.

I got my wisdom teeth removed at this place a few months ago. On the first appointment where they took an x ray and did a consultation I saw a dead roach in the corner of the room the a fly was flying around the room and got bit by an ant. When I got my wisdom teeth pulled out I had a panic attack when I woke up I don't know who the lady was but she got me through it but now I have a pocket where I have to scrape out food from 2 times a day

I had my first x-ray visit. I needed a lot of work done. They started taking care some of my fillings the same day, to eliminate some tooth aches I been having. They worked with me on my fees to where I didn't have to pay for anything today. That really helped alot because I didn't have the money, thinking they wasn't going to start on my mouth until the next visit. Completely Satisfied with the entire staff & the doctor that taken care of me on that day. I will absolutely be returning to get the remaining dental work completed. I would not recommend this place of business to anyone. The dentist caused additional damage to my husband's teeth and did not have the best training. We were referred to the Arlington location to have the issue resolved. I called the Irving, TX location and had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking with Peter, the rudest person I have ever spoken with in all my life. Very poor customer service and overall bad experience. They even cheated me on the gift cards i was promised.
