This place is the absolute worst!!! The staff is extremely RUDE, and l they wouldn't let me go back with my 6 year old!!!! I should have ended it there but I figured ok. She had a cavity so we had to come back to get a brown on it. Whoever put the crown on needs to go back to school, she was bleeding wayyy more than normal, the lady couldn't get the crown on to save her life and cut up her gums to no end! It was the worst experience I've ever encountered, and now my daughter is traumatized if the dentist so thanks for that! Do NOT take your children here!

My daughters first visit to the dentist. Specifically chose a pediatric dental office for their compassion towards kids. Literally zero compassion or patience, especially the hygienist we had. My daughter is 2.5, and showed signs of being nervous as we began walking back to the room. The hygienist didn't address her at all, rushed us in, and just said "get in the chair". When my daughter started to cry the hygienist actually sighed out loud and walked away. The dentist came in because my daughter was upset, again, didn't address my daughter, speak to her or explain what was about to happen. Yeah, she's a toddler, but she can talk and comprehend everything, so you can treat her like a human! All the dentist did was look at me and another family member and just said "hold her down". We held her down for the sake of getting the appointment done, but neither the dentist or hygienist explained to me or my kid what they were doing, or what was to be expected during the appointment. I so wish I would've walked out the minute the hygienist sighed and not subjected my daughter to this, but it took 4 months to even get this dumb appointment as a new patient so yeah.... It all felt so rushed, and that my scared and upset 2 year old at her first dentist appointment was such an inconvenience to them. I'm not upset my daughter was upset, quite frankly I expected that to happen. But for them to not try to talk to her, kneel to her level, be silly, show her what they were going to do, thats what upsets me. They didn't allow me time to try to calm her down. "Hold her down and move along" wasn't quite what I imagined of the pediatric dentistry world. Definitely finding a new dental practice for her. No wonder people are afraid of dentists!

I know pediatric dentists are hard to come by, but NEVER EVER take your children to Bethlehem Pediatric Dental. My son has endured tremendous pain & suffering due to their negligence and could've died had I relied on their practice. I question how they have a license to practice at all. Flipping Medicaid seems to be their top (and only) priority. I wish I had known that sooner.

Absolute horrible all they care about is getting the money. Refuses to see children and do work unless you pay over $2000 before the child is seen and the insurance is billed. They give you no notice on paying this amount and will not work with you on reasonable payments. When asked for the itemized bill and everything thing done they don't provide you with that copy. They then billed for additional money after the procedure since that is all they care about. They are not there to help the children at all and all about lining their own pockets with more money. Staff was nice and pleasant and easy to work with.

My experience here has been unpleasant. First of all I understand that this whole pandemic is stressful and not many businesses can handle the new way of life. When I first arrived I called the office because I wasn't sure what to do. The lady on the phone answered rudely and said to go to the door. I went to the door and there was a sign saying to text upon arrival. I noticed the lady inside already with a family so waited. She looked completely confused when opening the door to me and asked, did someone tell you to come to the door. I said yes I called. She apologized and asked if I could text instead because there was two families in front of mine to be checked in. I completely understood and returned to my car with my kids. In less than 10 minutes I received a text to come to the door. Again the women apologized. She was extremely nice and friendly. She knew how to talk to my children and make them feel safe and calm, since they don't like going to the dentist. She took our temps and had us wait inside since there was no one in the lobby. Once she was ready for the next family she realized they had no masks on besides mother or grandmother and asked them to wait because she had to ask her manager if they could be seen. I can hear her manager Kathy (what a witch) and another receptionist (the one with the lighter hair) viciously saying "No they can't be seen", "Their idiots if they didn't bring masks". The young lady returned to the family and asked the mother or the grandmother if they wait in the car they can exchange masks and the two kids could be seen. Now the kids were a bit younger. As the young lady is explaining what they can do, Kathy storms to the front and says with such attitude, "I don't know why you wouldn't bring a mask. We won't see you, absolutely not." The little girl (patient)started crying. As she walks away the young lady apologizes multiple times and tried calming the little girl down. They went outside. I'm not sure what happened next but I'm assuming mother or grandmother found a scarf to put around her mouth and was able to go in. Once in the back everyone was super friendly and the female dentist explained everything and answered all my questions. Loved the ladies in the back. Once it was time for us to go, my kids and I walked to the front. NOBODY WAS SOCIAL DISTANCING!!!!! They had multiple families in the front desk area waiting to take X-RAYS or to check out! I walked up to Kathy and asked to make an appointment because my kids had to return. Kathy rudely said "I can't I can't go sit in the lobby". She then asked the other receptionist from earlier "make her an appointment" and she responded with, "No!" They then argued back and forth. The receptionist went back on her cellphone and was eating out of a mug! She finally told me to go to her and she was telling me they had nothing until September! My kids couldn't wait that long. It wasn't until the third receptionist who was busy on the phone the entire time got up and said, "I'll make the appointment." She found me an appointment for two weeks later and she was nice about it. I have never experienced such rudeness at a business before. If it wasn't for the ladies in the back, the lady who checked me in and the lady who checked me out this would've gotten a one star rating. They shouldn't work with people if they don't know how to act. And this wasn't the first time I've seen those two like that. It's almost every time we go! There's also no other way to give a complaint because every time I try or my husband they say the manager isn't available she'll call you back! What if I want to complain about her who do I call then?

My daughter's 1st visit was her last! The nurses were rude, and acted as though she wasn't allowed to be scared. The waiting room was dark and not at all a very happy place to wait. Have not gone back there!
