Insurance and Billing We accept most traditional insurance plans. Our practice will accept an assignment of benefits from your insurance company. It is important to understand though, that the agreement regarding your dental benefits is between you, your employer and your insurance company. The obligation you have with our practice is to pay for all treatment and services we provide to you, regardless of the amount that may or may not be reimbursed by your insurance company. We are willing to complete insurance claim forms and submit on your behalf, but we cannot accept responsibility for the outcome of the transaction. It is important that you understand, having our practice process your forms, does not eliminate your financial obligation for your treatment.

Allendale Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept cash or credit cards. We participate with flexible payment plan options such as Care Credit and with Health Card. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Dr. Saraydarian is a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. Not only is he an amiable professional, he is truly passionate about dentistry. Dr. Saraydarian follows the latest developments in dentistry and researches new services and treatments. His team of dental professionals follow the same approach to dentistry and are always looking for ways to provide you with the best treatment.

We are quite different from many dental practices because we believe in taking a comprehensive approach to your dental health. Dr. Saraydarian examines every aspect of your dental health and your teeth, gums and other soft tissue in your mouth, as well as your jaw and the way you bite. He also uses digital x-rays and intra-oral cameras to get a set of highly detailed images of your teeth. Then, using our advanced computer technology, Dr. Saraydarian educates you about the health of your mouth so that you can co-diagnose the problems with him and can work together to meet your personal goals. Dr. Saraydarian can even create wax models of your teeth so you can see the results and try them out before undergoing any procedure. Ultimately, his goal is to establish your smile on a solid foundation that will provide you with excellent dental health throughout your entire life.

Dr. Saraydarian is a member of the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Association, the Bergen County Dental Association, the New England Dental Society, Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the Academy of Osseointegration. He was also named one of New Jerseys Top Dentists by New Jersey Monthly Magazine since 2010 and has been in every year since.

Dr. Earnhardt received a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University in 2013, where she majored in English and minored in Biology and Chemistry. Prior to dental school, she spent one year pursuing neuro-oncology research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. She graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 2018 where she was ranked #1 in her class for her final two clinical years. Her other academic honors include placement on the Deans List all four years of dental school, membership in the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society, and acceptance into the American Dental Education Associations research fellowship program. After graduation, Dr. Earnhardt completed a one year residency in general dentistry at Hackensack Meridien Health Mountainside Medical Center. Dr. Earnhardt practiced advanced comprehensive care for all age groups and levels of dental need. She strongly believes in compassionate care, individualized treatment, and patient education. Those who know Dr. Earnhardt describe her as charismatic, empathetic, meticulous, and kind. In her free time, Dr. Earnhardt enjoys planning trips, searching for the next great novel, and sharing meals with family and friends.

Dr. Caroline Ahn graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She then received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Harvard University School of Dental Medicine. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Ahn practiced general dentistry in Allston, MA before attending New York University College of Dentistry Advanced Education Program in Endodontics. She continues to further her education by keeping current with the latest advances in the field through various continuing education courses.

Dr. Ahn is committed to providing the best quality care in a comfortable, compassionate and professional manner. Dr. Ahn is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association and Bergen County Dental Society.

Dr. Kim studied at the University of California, Berkeley where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health. Committed to serving her community, she worked at a Federally Qualified Health Center dental clinic in the Hudson Valley for two years before pursuing her degree in dentistry. Dr. Kim then received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dentistry. During her time in Boston, she served as the Vice President for the Sharewood Project, providing free dental exams to the greater Boston area, and directed dental students in the Dental Emergency and Radiology clinics. Dr. Kim furthered her training through a one year General Practice Residency with Bronx Care Health System in New York City. Dr. Kim is dedicated to optimizing oral health care by genuinely listening to her patients and providing them with the best, long-term outcomes. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Kim loves to spend time in nature, explore new neighborhoods, and enjoy good food with the people she loves.
