Called Friday and was able to get an appointment Monday. Barbara was very nice over the phone...always a good sign. Wife had a broken tooth...the dental assistant was friendly and patient...took xray, then Dr. McGill came in... Instead of pushing for an expensive crown, Dr. Magill fixed her tooth beautifully . I was allowed to sit and watch and ask questions and Dr.McGill was very patient with answers and explained what he was going to do. I mostly sat quietly while he and the wonderful assistant worked on my wife's tooth for about an hour. He is the greatest dentist that we have had in 40 years. He is pleasant and mild mannered.....and amazingly skilled. His assistant was comforting and so nice to us. We will be going back to him for more future work. Only regret is that I didn't find him decades ago. Then at checkout, Barbara continued to be helpful. Thanks Dr. McGill and staff God Bless Kenneth and Wife

Dr McGill,DDS and staff are ultimately the best dentist I have ever used visited other dentist in Europe only to fly back to Virginia to be given quality service ,staff Barbs went over and beyond to make sure my appointment worked well with my short stay in America dental work was perfect I will continue to recommend my friends and family to Dr McGill the best dentist in the world

Dr. McGill and his staff were phenomenal! So friendly and capable. When I had an emergency they saw me immediately even though I wasn't one of their patients. Later , Dr. McGill gave me a completely pain free molar root canal (something most dentists won't even do) . Looking for a dentist? These folks are great!

Great practice! Dr. McGill really cares about his patients. He explains everything he's doing as he does it which puts me at ease right away. His assistant, Debbie, is friendly, attentive and easy to talk to. I always have a pleasant experience here.

This dentist office completely wasted my time. I had called to see if they accept my dental discount plan and was told that they do. So I showed up for my appointment today, only to be told that they do not take my plan. The person at the desk wasn't even willing to call my plan to see if they could change me to the one that this dentist takes. So I made a trip to this dentist for nothing.

Dr. McGill put so much metal in my husband's mouth that it ran deep in the roots, he was in more pain than he was before he went in there. We called and he gave him meds and said he needed to call an oral surgeon to get it out. Dr. McGill's office never called to check in on him. The whole thing ended up costing us over $2000.00 because he needed an emergency extraction (which was very helpful and had to squeeze him in on a tight schedule right before Thanksgiving and called and checked on him the night of his surgery to check in on him) and missed unnecessary time off of work. The surgeon Dr. McGill referred us to could not see him until December7 3rd. I called and told Barb this and she said oh so do you have another place you want to go to, without a hey let me see If I call over there see if we can get you in faster. Dr. McGill has done simple things for some of our family and this was my husband's 1st and last time there, also our family whom has gone to him previously is currently searching for another dentist as well.
