This place is one of the most kind, caring, respectful places I have ever been. They worked with me and were awesome with my son and his fear of dentisits. The appointment was setup as emergency care one and done but they invited us back to help with the right side of his mouth as well. Just overwhelmed with how awesome they were. Oh and their coffee is the best none of that cheapo stuff.

Everyone was fantastic, schedulers super helpful to get me a last minute appointment. My cleaning by Ami was easy and completely painless. This is my 3rd dentist in 4 years and I'm sticking with this place.

Dr. Allen did any excellent job on my upper denture I went in with pain and left with no pain. Dr. Allen did what the other Dentist couldn't. I highly recommend Dr. Allen

Dr. Allen and staff are always cheery and welcoming. They do the right thing for their patients and do not push to have things done that don't necessarily need to be done. They are honest and caring. Time flies when I'm there, the atmosphere is uplifting (if that can happen at a dentist office). I recently transferred my care to Dr. Allen and absolutely not regrets.

Dr. Allen and staff are great! They make you feel so comfortable and are very professional! They greet you with a friendly smile and take the time to get to know you! My family has been coming to Allen dental for years and would highly recommend them. Amy has been our family hygienist and does an amazing job, has always made us feel comfortable and does great with children!

I recently switched from another dental office which has a high turnover of dentists. Each time a new dentist would start, I'd need something new done to my mouth. I received an estimate of $4,500 on my last visit and decided it was finally time for a second opinion. I decided to check out Allen Dental. Dr. Allen and his staff are wonderful!! He and his staff made me feel comfortable, welcomed and are really personable. I only needed one procedure done which went really well! They worked with my insurance company to find out what my out of pocket would be and called to let me know before my appointment. I'm glad I finally switched! I highly recommend Dr. Allen and his staff!

Would NOT recommend. Unfortunately they feel its OK to treat customers/ patients horribly instead of just correcting their errors and doing what they can for you. I can't sit back and not give feedback. After several issues and mistakes on their end, the last thing that came up we finally wanted to question their billing. I got yelled at by an employee for asking and just told its a new policy, after that is not how it was the last time we went. They made us repeatedly go to other places for work done, just wasting our time. The dentist then doesn't even tell us about our young child having an infection in their mouth, the financial lady just hands us a paper with our checkout info that we luckily saw was a prescription and had to ask her what for. Then she asks if our kid was allergic, this isn't something the dentist should be doing? They call day before one kids appt needing to change time for next day to fix schedule error, interrupting our whole schedule. when a reason we wanted to go here to begin with was for a "painless" cavity option, we ask about this when it arises, they just say oh that doesn't qualify for that. They do services without telling you they are extra costs. They schedule you for the wrong services, only for you to correct them when they call to confirm your appt the day before, and then tell you oh so, that will be 300.00 you have to give us tomorrow then or we won't do. Now they cancel our kids cavity appt the day before the appt, after scheduling it over a month out. Would definitely not go back there. Sad when we were trying to stay local, but have found there are much better West Salem options.

Amazing staff - everybody is so friendly & easy to joke around with. When I say that I've been avoiding the dentist for YEARS because I've never been comfortable there & it's always made me full of anxiety, I'm not kidding. Allen Dental has completely changed my mind about going to the dentist. I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else!
