Dr Brian Allen is an experienced dentist, I am very pleased with his professional job. However, my family and I have decided to not use his service any longer due to the very WRONG WAY that they handle their business: We realized they were charging us for the cost of the procedures done right up front before they bill our Dental Insurance and when our Dental Insurance finally pay for the procedures done, they will KEEP OUR MONEYS IN OUR ACCOUNT AS A CREDIT FOR ANY FUTURE TREATMENTS., (this without letting us know) instead of refunding us immediately. My husband and I work for the same company, therefore we each have DOUBLE COVERAGE DENTIST INSURANCE, THEREFORE we DON'T have to pay any extra moneys out of our pockets, HOWEVER, THEY KEPT CHARGING US LARGE AMOUNTS ON OUR CREDIT CARDS UNDER THE IMPRESSION OF AN OUT OF PICKET PAYMENT . This is NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. Last procedure I had done, they charged me a large amount of money AS AN OUT OF POCKET PAYMENT and 8 months later I received a telephone call from them to let me know that they have a CREDIT REFUND FOR ME, and it happened to be the same exact large amount US$2,000.00 that they made me pay up front right before doing the dental procedure.. This is not the first time they have done this to me, the first time it was a small amount of $50.00 refund that I found I had in my account months later. Our son also was charge extra money and refunded it months later..

After having been with Brian Allen for almost 22 years..what is there to say! We had been going to D. Max Holbrook since about 1966 and then when he retired, Brian took over the practice. You can say we have been very satisfied with the service and the staff that has been there for us all these years! Super people and service!!

I've been going here a few years, 100% good experience They've done all my fillings, and an implant If I felt inclined I probably could eat some rocks and have him fix me up after. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I have been going to Dr. Allen's office for 11 years, picking them initially from the provider list when I enrolled in insurance through work. I have never had a bad experience. I think Sherry is an AMAZING hygienist! She is always thorough, yet gentle when I have my teeth cleaned. The extra she brings is always remembering things I told her about my life from the prior visit, which brings how how much she cares about her patients. I truly like Dr. Hansen's approach to giving an exam, his calm and friendly demeanor makes more like just having a chat that getting your teeth and gums examined.

If you are driving and trying to turn left into the office from Burnside you can't. There is a barrier in the street. Confusing to get into parking lot but no complaints to give other than that.

Very good dentist, Dr. Brian Allen & his staffs listens well to your questions & your concerns & at the same time provides treatment with good knowledge & confidence. He's good & extremely commited to patients, staffs here are awesome with very good sense of humor. Both exterior & interior look of the office is brilliant. Ethieen Onyeka.

My wife and I were looking to establish ourselves in a dental office close to home. I personally know Sherry the hygienist as a professional colleague, and decided I couldn't go wrong with choosing the office she works in. Being a hygienist myself, I have interacted with many hygienists across the state at conferences, meetings, CE courses, etc. Sherry is a rare gem of a hygienist! (and I don't use the word gem very often). Not only does she have a gentle and effective and thorough touch/technique, she is probably the most conscientious and deeply caring hygienist I've had the privilege of meeting, who works tirelessly to help her patients and advocate for their care and dental health. She is a complete package of heart & soul & skill...Perfection. Dr. Allen's office is state of the art, but also warm and comfortable, with beautiful artwork and design throughout. Kelly at the front desk was friendly and inviting. The assistant that took my x-rays, Kerry, immediately put me at ease and made me feel welcome with her fun and engaging conversation style. Dr. Hansen, (who is Dr. Allen's interim, while he is on an extended mission trip) did my exam. He is a kind, trustworthy, genuine and down-to-earth dentist. I am so happy we came to this office and have a dental home made up of the dream team of dental professionals. A good dental office is hard to find. I'm pleased to say we found one that is excellent!
