If I could I could give this place a BIG zero. I called 5 times no answer. I called while I was there and front desk lady ignored called! On top of that front desk lady was SUPER RUDE! I wanted to be a patient there and she told me to go elsewhere because they were busy. She has a accent. I do not recommend this place AT ALL.

I called in this morning on February 10th in the morning and I got the rudest person on the line to help me out but I mean very rude, and apparently racist to... told us told us no one speaks Spanish learn how to speak English... wow. so much hate in there hearts. I go by first impressions, and this has had to be one of the worst phone calls I have ever experiences, and only for 3 questions yeah no thank you. Don't go here save time find somewhere else where they would treat you better.

Worst Dentist ever! I went to this place as a Medi-Cal patient and they were the worst! The dentist was aggressive and her novocaine injections literally made me sick! She hurt me several times during procedures, and they were supposed to deal with a root canal tooth, but i backed out because the dentist insulted me when i complained of discomfort from a filling she did which didn't feel right! I had to have it filed down and it still felt off. She insulted my dental hygiene and was very unprofessional!! Stay CLEAR of this place!

Stay away from this clinic! You may get Covid-19 from here! The staff, Launa or Laura, I don't know her name but she is kind of an old lady. She is very rude! She kept touching her masks, pulling it down and then she kept touching the tools the patient is going to be used. It's very unnecessary to touch the tool, she's just playing with it while she's talking to her colleague without covering her mouth. She is doing the admin job in the front, so she's in contact with many people. and then touch her mask and then play with the tools. When we first visited the clinic, we were the first client, I saw this old lady and the Spanish doctor didn't wear a mask. I was afraid already. Second visit was the worst. I saw this old lady keep touching her mask and play with the tool my mother in la is going to be used. I politely asked the other assistant to change me to a new tool. Then this old lady came and got angry with me asking "what's your problem?" I said you keep touching your mask and then touch the tool. I just ask if you can change me to a new set of tools. She said "No, it's all sanitized" And she asked me to stay home, I said if we're not in pain, I'm not coming at this time! She doesn't care at all because the tools are not going into her mouth, it's going to the patient's (our) mouth! She then asked another person to come in and asked what happened. I told the other person. Then they finally changed me a new set. Then my mother in law needs to do another x-ray. Here comes the old lady's "Revenge". She asked me to get out of the room, I said I need to translate. She said she can handle it. When she said open mouth, she used her hand to signal Open. When she said Close, she pulled down her mask and showed her teeth while my mother in law was right in front of her face and had no mask because she has the x-ray thing in her mouth. This is a terrible experience. Also, my mother in law was scheduled to do a root canal that day. We waited 2.5 hours in the clinic and then we were told it's too complicated, we need to go to Endodontist to do it. It's really wasting my time! I have a baby at home who needs to be taken care of. Hopefully this old lady doesn't have Covid-19, otherwise, I know where I get it from!

Dr. Martinez is wonderful! I'm a little resistant to anesthesia, and she made sure I was completely comfortable before continuing on my filling. She also did a beautiful job fixing a chipped tooth.
