I really dont know where to start. I felt like we were all cattle placed in Stahl's at a meat factory. I waited an hour past my appointment time in the waiting room. Then I was taken back to a room greeted by a resident who barely introduced himself. Held up my xray. I had a few requests which he had an excuse why he couldn't honor it. I was laid back in the chair numbed and basically felt like my head was being ripped off by him doing the extraction. Was sat up handed some papers and that was that. Didnt bother to even go over the aftercare instructions in case I had any questions. The only positive thing I'll say is the tech whom was helping she was very sweet even held my hand while he was ripping my head off. I will never go back here nor reccomend this place. I'm at home dealing with pain more than I should be and possibly an infection and I'm too afraid to even call them.

So kind people the wait was good and can't wait for Oct to get my wisdom teeth out see u guys when I come back the place was like a maze but I loved it the place was so clean and the two docs I had was so nice to me Dattilo&hall would come back

They have zero compassion for you and the pain your in. In my experience. Had emergency surgery and the doctor could care less about the pain I was in even when he accidentally slipped with the tongue depressor right into the pain area. Surgery took all of 15 minutes and he couldn't be bothered on Saturday or Sunday to come down for some over time. So I suffered in severe pain all weekend I went back for my follow up and the other doctor I saw was just as careless.

I get really bad anxiety going to the dentist and the dental assistant with the purplish hair was absolutely amazing! It was a busy day at the office and she kept checking in on me. She was very kind and informative. She definitely went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ease my anxiety. And Dr. Dalton was great as well, he was very thorough and took the time to explain things. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a le fort 1 2 piece osteotomy by Dr. Cillo. From the first intial initial meeting with Dr. Cillo and Dr. Kirkpatrick I felt at ease. My surgery went great. My recovery has been pretty painless. I only had 1 tiny bruise on my lower jaw. I highly recommend Dr. Cillo for your upper jaw surgery needs. He does a wonderful job.

I went here last year and saw Dr. Patel and had an awesome experience. I have an extreme phobia of the dentist but he gave me laughing gas and left me on it for about five minutes before he even touched me to make sure I was comfortable then he pulled the tooth so quickly it was like magic. Went again earlier this month. Different dentist and he tried to get started on me because the gas or numbing medicine even kicked in. He gave me medicine and like a minute later was going to work. Then pulling it was horrible. He yanked my head around like crazy and drilled the tooth in half to get it out. Took a long time and was painful and terrifying. Also now I have a bad infection and had to go to Med Express to get an antibiotic. I called the dentist office back and asked if I could have something for the pain. Over the counter medicine isn't touching the pain and just trying to open my mouth to eat has me in tears. They couldn't even be bothered to call me back to check on me and talk to me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else. They used to be caring and great but not anymore.

People were very inconsiderate. Dr was not patient or understanding. Had a full mouth extraction and had to fight to get A Dr excuse. It's like a assembly line there. Never again.

I went here 2 years ago for a tooth extraction. I really liked it and felt no pain. Well this time around was a bad experience. I left there crying and very uneasy. Do better people. Your supposed to make your patients as comfortable as possible.

Had a wisdom tooth pulled.i thought my jaw was broke.very unprofessional.i was bleeding after tooth was pulled and was givin no gauze to stop bleeding.a month later I'm still experiencing throbbed and swelling.may have infection.

i needed extensive treatment and needed insurance approval., they have a very evil lady called judy. she was rude condescending. and they kept telling me I had to deal with her. I went to administration which is close to the clinic. they acted like they know about her a lot. and said they will deal with it. when patients are in pain. they shouldn't have to deal with mean people that are plain unkind to patients. I decided to go across the river and they were more nice.

This office and oral surgeons went above and beyond to treat me during the worst part of the COVID pandemic!! This was a situation of "stuck between a rock and a hard place" pain, infection, it was horrible, I was so frightened. I was treated immediately and with such kindness I was completely put at ease. I felt as if I've known the surgeon and the assistant Tara for a lifetime. I recommend this office 100%, if you fear dental offices like I do, then this is the office for you.

I got my 4 wisdom teeth pulled and was able to workout at the gym the very next day. No pain to minimal pain after about 4-5 days. Dr Barbosa did an EXCELLENT job on me and my wife.
