I came here for a standard cleaning and had a some silver fillings replaced. After the filling I had sensitivity on that side. After a week I called back because I've never had a filling bother me for more than a day. She had me come back, looked at the tooth, had me bite down on the purple thing and said it was fine. She said it can be sensitive for up to six months. I thought that was insane but I'm not a doctor. Flash forward 9 months I went to someone else because I honestly didn't trust her. My new dentist could tell immediately that she did not remove all the silver from the filling that she replaced. You could see it through the new composite. Leaving some of the old filling can cause contamination and therefore sensitivity. Furthermore, once he started removing the filling she put in, he said there was a void on the other wall of my tooth. Meaning there was like an air bubble, which can also cause sensitivity and further issues down the road. When I asked how that happens he said it can be from not packing the filling down all the way or from not bleeding out the air in the composite syringe before using it. His explanation made sense since she did three of my fillings in about 15 minutes while my new dentist took about 40 minutes to do one. She rushed. She did a terrible job. And I spent 9 months not being able to eat on the left side of my face over something as basic and simple as a FILLING. I don't even want to think about how messed up my teeth could've been if she did a more complicated procedure. I won't ever be going back.

Went in knowing my teeth were kind of bad, made a joke about getting dentures and she immediately stopped and said she would get me a referral. Dr. Alldredge never went through any options with me. The Dr. Went straight over to her other patient and left the nurse to do my cleaning, and I was sent out the door. Will not be going back nor do I recommend them as your dentist.

She only saw me two times. 1st time was for a cleaning. Did not like the water jet cleaning system at all. I have had problems with my teeth ever since. I had to have a cavity filled so 2nd visit they told me my dental fillings were not covered. I had to go outside and call my insurance. They always pay for cleaning checkup and follow up care. I then had to school the secretary in what my insurance pays for and have him read further in my evidence of coverage. Handled that and scheduled for next visit and they called to cancel (no longer accepting my insurance). Not the nicest place I've ever been but certainly the worse.

I went to this practice for a year and decided to change dentists for several reasons. First and foremost, they often overcharge and you have to fight them to get your money back. I have seriously considered filing a formal complaint with my insurance company because they have charged more than an in-network provider is allowed to charge multiple times and one of those times it was literally HUNDREDS of dollars. Second, I feel as though Dr. Alldredge lets her assistant do too much of the cavity filling work. Maybe she is an expanded dental assistant or whatever the title is but I did not feel comfortable that Dr. Alldredge let the assistant drill on my teeth after putting the fillings in. I can see a flat section on one of my molars that was not there prior to getting my cavities filled. Finally, the front desk staff are extremely incompetent. It takes far too long for them to make a simple appointment change or take a payment. It's like the receptionist has never seen a computer before. Dr. Alldredge herself isn't necessarily a bad dentist, I just think she's way over her head trying to run a practice by herself. She's constantly running around doing cleanings (I guess she doesn't have a hygienist?) then back to the exam room to check patient's teeth or drill teeth then back to cleanings, etc. She's very friendly and calming (at least for me she was) but all of the problems have made me look elsewhere.

My experience with Alldredge Dental was very good. All staff was pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend them for all your future dental needs.

I came here to have a cracked tooth looked at. Carla Alldredge suggested having some fillings in 7 other teeth. I came back and she performed four of the fillings on one side. Now, I am always in pain. I went to an endodontist, and at least two of the fillings she did will now need root canals and possibly crowns. I had no problems with the teeth before she worked on them. Now, my bite is ruined forever, and she destroyed my teeth. When I went back to her to discuss the issues, she showed zero compassion, denied everything, and immediately reffered me away without hardly looking at my teeth. This is the worst experience ever. She worked for under half an hour doing the four fillings and permanently ruined my mouth. Please, do not ever trust this dentist! Adding to this review: It's been about three weeks since I had the fillings. I saw another dentist this week who said there were clearly issues with the fillings from Alldredge. The oversized fillings ruined my bite, causing enormous pressure on certain teeth and likely brusing them. The other dentist was able to fix the fillings on that visit, and has almost completely fixed my bite now. It was such an instant relief to be able to close my mouth again. I can't believe it was such an easy fix, that Alldredge claimed was not and issue and refused to try to help adjust her own work. I got stuck with about 500 dollars in additional bills due to having to visit actual competent providers of healthcare, but it was worth it to end the constant suffering. Im still in pain from the brusing and on Alieve daily now. Hopefully that goes away soon. I just hope others don't have to go through a similar ordeal and just avoid this office.

It was my first visit to Dr. Alldredge today. Staff was very helpful and prepared for all my questions. Plan was established for future services with ease.

My family has been seeing her since she opened her practice. Started off great, but the last two years every time we go the whole staff is new. My appointments get canceled because of her personal life and her staff quitting all the time. The last time I made an appointment they changed it without telling me and when I tried to reschedule because of their goof up they wouldn't see me or my son for 6 months. My wife had an appointment this week and she canceled my wife and said my whole family was on the inactive list now. My last cleaning was horrible, my mouth hurt for days. Stay away from this dentist. She is quit possibly the worst dentist I've been to. It's a shame because she used to care about her patients and practice!!!!!!!

Just experienced another painless, professional dental visit for a dental filling performed by a wonderfully competent dentist and an extremely courteous and accommodating staff. But then, I expected nothing less because I have been receiving this same exemplary dental care for many years. I highly recommend this dental practice.
