Dr. Liu is a fantastic Dentist. Love this place. Transferred our entire family to this practice. Kids ages 12-18. Dr. Liu and his staff are always extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and professional.

First time using this dentist, was very impressed called on a Tuesday and they were able to get me in the following day. I had a broken molar that was giving me problems. I knew it needed to be extracted and Dr. Liu had it out in no time, no pain or discomfort of any kind, I didn't even have any swelling or discomfort the following day. Would highly recommend if you need any dental care!

I gave 2 stars to this dentist because while he was very nice during my visits, him and the reception both have a huge attitude problem. I had an appointment scheduled and upon me arriving, they informed me that another dentist requested my xrays for an appointment that I had forgotten about, upon telling them that I would go call the other dentist quick him and the receptionist both rolled their eyes and got an attitude about, that disrespectfulness was enough for me to not to return for my appointment and to keep my appointment that I had forgotten about. Also noting that their "dental assistant" they have working at their office is also very disrespectful, will not talk to you or call you by name, only uses hand motions which I also find very rude but tolerated because I enjoyed the dentists work. Aside from his good work & their ability to get you in asap, that is about all they have going for them. I do not tolerate being disrespected, they should act more professional.

I'm a Philadelphia transplant and exclusively went to UPenn private practice due to issues of lack of trust with other dentists in the area. Went to Dr Liu for the first time after a couple years without cleaning (covid) and was glad I found a dentist who I can trust from an institution that I can trust. He performed my cleaning with both efficiency and striking thoroughness. Even though I brush and floss twice daily, there is plaque and tartar under my gums I can't reach; Dr Liu skillfully and professionally performed my cleaning with both respect for my time and toward me as a person. Dr. Liu will provide you and your family the highest level of dental care without provoking any distrust. As a graduate of UPenn School of Dentistry, he combines training from a nationally top-ranking program, over 25 years experience in practice as well as his true passion for dentistry and providing care to the local community to offer the best dental care possible. My professional experiences as a clinician within the UPenn system has given me the opportunity to see how healthcare professionals may choose to interact with patients in a way that is disingenuous and prioritizes advancing the interests of the healthcare provider instead of providing the best care to patients. Have you ever left from a dental appointment wondering if you actually received the care you paid for? Have you ever been given the run around, up sold on procedures you don't need, and been given unacceptably subpar care so the provider can later charge you for something more expensive when it gets worse? My mother and I have run into these issues for decades. After being seen by Dr Liu, I immediately scheduled my mother to be seen by him to evaluate an ongoing problem with a crown she has been dealing with. I felt as if 20 pounds had been lifted from my shoulders when I finally met Dr Liu, received excellent care from him, and walked away with the assurance that there is an Ivy-league trained dentist who pursues the latest techniques and operates with an understanding of how large modern urban health systems deliver care in the area. And what is also most impressive about Dr Liu is the integrity with which he practices. Dr Liu will NEVER bs you about anything. He is truly a great provider who I will trust with my and my family's health now and in the future.

Like Dr Liu very much. He does all the work himself. Has filled several teeth. He was gentle and very kind. Would recommend him to anyone. Have never had any problems. The office is welcoming. The receptionist is always meets you with a smile.

The dentist was very friendly and approachable. He didn't try to sell me anything and had my best interest at heart. His office is very oganized, clean and welcoming. He did a great job on my root canal and he's a very dependable dentist for when i need my yearly cleaning and checkups. 10/10 would recommend.

Doctor drilled into a tooth and told me I would likely need to come back for a route canal in a day or two. Surely enough, one day later I was in agonizing pain. Went back to him and paid for a route canal... too stupid at the time to realize what had happened

Would not recommend going here. I would rather travel an hour out of my way to see someone else. Dr lui is very rough when he cleans your teeth causing lots of blood and pain. However he is very quick but you must pay the price. He totally butchered my wife's mouth when she had a cavity filled in by him. He drilled into the nerve of the tooth and now it's going to costs us alot of money for a route canal somewhere else because we won't let him touch our teeth again. I'm not sure how he is in business to be honest.
