Very poor customer service, stuff members don't educate and let the patient know what they doing. I my teeth hurts me so bad and I went there, had my wisdom tooth took out, w/o tell me and injected me to do fill in 3 teeth also they did clean I would not recommend too any one seriously

Upon entering, this place doesn't look too bad. My fiancee had a tooth extracted last Wednesday. Didn't give antibiotics which I thought odd. By Sunday he had a high fever and intense pain. Went to urgent care got antibiotics etc. By the next day it was worse, way worse. He ended up in the emergency room on iv antibiotics. Had to take him into my dentist today for emergency removal of an abscess. This abscess was due to part of a tooth root left in the gums. He could have died. Really wishing I'd checked reviews before hand. Definitely a lesson learned.

This place isn't what it used to be.. just recently went in to get a filling fix on an upper incisor cause a few years back they hacked away half of the tooth for a small cavity , and the new douchey replacement dentist wouldn't take 15 mins to fix it. Your state insurance may not be good enough for this place..but good luck people stay strong..

This clinic think that clients are coming from different planet. I waited for 45 minutes first and after they start taking X-rays without explaining why. I can't believe that cleaning will take 10 min. I didn't want to polish my teeth, I wanted a deep cleaning. No anesthesia, she just put her tool in my mouth for two minutes and then change the head for polishing. They stole the insurance money and my cleaning wasn't done. I will never go back there and I want to report that to my insurance. Disappointed..

I had cleaning done, which left some marks on my gums. I also had two of my wisdom teeth taken out, and while I was really scared, Dr.Ong was an exceptional doctor and helped me out along with his nurse.

Provider for WA state health , which is really rare for dentists in King county. Very caring, diligent, and skilled staff. Doesn't have every expensive medical gadget that causes high bills to customers, just gives quality care to patients affordably.

I didn't have a good feeling when I walked into all care Dental in Renton , I went in 2 wks ago to have lower front teeth pulled in preparation to be fitted with Dentures , after pulling I asked , do you guys do reminder calls , the lady said yes , now I understand it's a courtesy to do reminder calls , but if you say you're going to do it than you need to follow through with it..now going beyond 3 wks later of not eating properly .I finally had to call and now I have an appointment on the 5)17 them

Had 2 teeth pulled the doctor didn't want to give me any pain meds or antibiotics plus up on numbing my gums he sticks the needle thru the side of my tongue.im changing my dentist asap .

I have some serious mouth issues because I'm afraid of the dentist. But they were very gentle I'm telling you it was nothing to be scared of I even got four shots in my mouth and they were I didn't feel a thing they used to topical first and I'm such a big baby I flipped out before the doctor even got in there and I am excited to be going back so I can have a pretty mouth! I'll leave another review after I get 8 teeth pulled in my partial up top

This business moved over 12 months and has not updated it's information and is not telling clients their new address. Cannot imagine what their services are like

Set an appointment for my son, no new address given. My oldest son took an Uber to get my youngest son to his appointment. They go to the address listed online, the office has moved. $30 wasted. Called to reschedule as they missed his appointment, no return phone call. When I asked about the address not being updated, the receptionist was attempting to blame another girl who was supposed to be working on the change. Then they tell me when trying to make a new appointment that they are not open on Monday's and none of this has been updated, nor was the info. relayed when setting up appointments. Very disappointed, and extremely unprofessional and I am stuck with this provider.

Hadn't seen a dentist for few years, came here and was immediately taken care of and given a filling for an existing cavity. Really nice office and friendly staff. Thanks guys.

Worst experience ever. I had 2 teeth pulled and 2 fillings done here (should have looked at the reviews 1st). Had pain for weeks this was the 1st place i found that could take me right away and accepted my insurance. One tooth I was told 2 days before that it could be saved this dentist office told me I needed it pulled. After all the procedures the swellings have not gone down, pain has not gone away, haven't been able to eat anything due to pain and it's been 4 days now. The pain is worse than before I went. Also have a piece of one of my tooth still in. Please pay attention to these reviews. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!
