Dr. Szeto and staff are all excellent. Very prompt and kind. Dr. Szeto addressed questions I didn't even think to ask regarding plans for future care and helped me in making the right decisions in my current situation to set me up for success in my future care. All around fantastic!

Dr. Szeto and staff are very accommodating and friendly. There was a misunderstanding on services for my last visit and Dr. Szeto made it a point to accomplish everything. I would definitely recommend Dr. Szeto.

The dentist is exceptionally thorough, explains dental issues, and is very professional and courteous. The hygienist was excellent. Much better than my previous experiences!

Amazing Dentist, there was some miscommunication at the start, but he made everything right. Not many people do that. A great guy who really looks out for his customers! I also usually don't write reviews, so this means a lot :)

We've been seeing Dr. Szeto since we moved to Arizona over 5 yrs ago and I have a lot of issues with my teeth but Dr. Szeto always gives me all the options available to me, even ones he can't provide and gets nothing of financial gain from those services. He's super friendly, has a wonderful bedside manner, is professional, knowledgeable and very caring. This applies to all his staff as well. You can't ask for more. He's highly recommended by hubby and I.

I had to visit Dr. Szeto's Office for an emergency visit for a toothache. The front office was very professional when scheduling my appointment and they were flexible with my work schedule, I was able to get in at 7am. Dr. Szeto was very detailed when explaining what the cause was for my toothache. He was also very conservative with the treatment he recommended . His work was gentle and there was no rushing me out the door. Very pleased with this office !

I found Dr Szeto by chance and have been very pleased with the service I have gotten there. The staff is pleasant and attentive. The hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, and Dr Szeto is personable and skilled. I really appreciate how they schedule their time to accommodate patient schedules. As an added bonus, they have a great office in the old Masonic Temple downtown Prescott.

Dr. Szeto's office was a great experience from walking into the door to being in the back in the chair. I was always scared of the dentist as a child due to bad experiences with the doctors. Dr. Szeto has proven to me that not all doctors are the same. His work is outstanding. He is kind and caring and very honest with the treatment he recommends. The hygienist does an amazing job being gentle while cleaning my teeth also. The office staff are all very friendly and make it a great time to visit the dentist!
