She has been working in this field for many years, and her background covers extensive experience with maximizing dental benefits and creating personalized financial arrangements for patients in need. She enjoys being able to make the insurance and financing aspects of dental care a smooth, stress-free process!
Donna (like the rest of Dr. Mohrs team) regularly attends dental seminars and continuing education courses so that she can stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in her field. Her strong interpersonal skills and talent for creating trusting relationships with patients make her excellent at her job. Outside of work, she is a long-time resident of Massapequa Park and two grown sons.
Ruthann graduated from Farmingdale University as a registered dental hygienist in 1983, and she has been an important member of Dr. Mohrs team for over 20 years now. As a hygienist, she is always working hard to educate and motivate patients to achieve excellent dental health in a comfortable, supportive setting. She regularly attends continuing education courses and uses advanced technology to take her work to the next level, including intraoral cameras for diagnostic care and Spectra (a small laser) for early cavity detection.
Over the course of her career, Ruthann has built countless trusting and long-lasting relationships with her patients. She is very proud to be a member of such a professional, warm, and friendly team. She firmly believes in the saying that proper dental health can lead to a healthier lifestyle!
Laura has been working in the dental field for over two decades now, first joining Dr. Mohrs team in 1994. Recently, she was proud to receive additional advanced responsibilities as the new patient treatment coordinator! She now plays a critical role in ensuring that the offices daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Her diligence and commitment to maintaining a professional environment help support the continued successful delivery of high-quality services to patients who need them.
Laura is a very sensitive and thoughtful person when it comes to her patients needs. She will provide you with all of the special attention you need to make sure your experience is thoroughly positive. Continuing education is important to her as well, and she regularly attends training courses and seminars to keep her skills and industry knowledge as up-to-date as possible.
Nicole is a bright, new addition to our team! She has been working in the dental field for 11 years and counting, and she is so proud to have been given the opportunity through her position here in Massapequa Park to enhance her knowledge in dentistry. Dr. Mohr teaches her something new almost every week, and hes already helped her become a much more proficient assistant.
Becky first became a valued team member at Smile Creations in 2013. Today, she is proud to have over a decade of experience in the field of cosmetic dentistry, having worked as both an administrative assistant and a treatment coordinator. She also works with CareCredit and Lending Club to help patients afford the smile of their dreams and find a plan that fits their monthly budget.

After years of having bad dental experiences and feeling bad about my teeth, I gave up and did not go to a dentist unless I had to have another tooth extracted. One day feeling very low about myself, I searched and found Dr. Mohr's website. From that first appointment, I was treated with respect, kindness, and dignity, no judgements, he asked me what I wanted and listened patiently and then gave me options! I was given hope. Each appointment, the doctor and staff were friendly and caring. I felt no anxiety. There is no pain what so ever, he is meticulous and a true professional. Patiently answered all my questions and always made sure i understood each step of the process. I was fitted with temporaries first (which looked amazing!) and then several appointments for molds and fittings. I am totally thrilled with my new teeth and cant stop smiling. I went from crying tears of sadness to tears of joy. All I can say is, if you are feeling low and think you don't deserve to have teeth that are functional and look great, well you are wrong. You do deserve it. Dr Mohr can help you. I should have made this investment in myself years ago. Thank you Dr. Mohr and Nikki, Julianna, and the whole team from the bottom of my heart.

I had the absolute BEST experience with Dr. Mohr and his entire team. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable the whole time. I never had a great experience with a dentist before, so I was pretty nervous to go back after a few years and get a procedure done. I never felt any pain, they talked me through every step and now I have the most BEAUTIFUL smile for my wedding. I had composite bonding done here recently and Dr. Allan Mohr did such an incredible job! My results are exactly how i wanted them to be and I couldn't be happier. The entire staff were super nice and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Allan Mohr for any dental procedure.

Where do I even begin. Dr.Mohr and his staff are amazing and professional. From the minute I called to schedule my consultation up until the last appointment I had, I don't have a single complaint. Each time I went in for my appointments, the staff was extremely kind and very patient. Dr.Mohr really took the time to explain the process. His attention to detail really blew me away and I am very happy with my results. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

From the moment I walked into Dr. Mohr's office I was treated with the care and understanding everyone deserves, after experiencing a prior unpleasant experience in a dentist office. In this office, a person feels understood and validated. I want to personally thank you Dr. Mohr and all the staff for making me feel comfortable to smile without reservations and be sociable with others again. The only regret I have is that I didn't go to Dr. Mohr sooner! I had my first set of veneers done about 20 years ago (different dentist). They not only made my smile fantastic, they corrected issues I had with my bite and my jaw. After 20 great years, the veneers needed a "refresh". I went to someone who I THOUGHT would do a good job, and needless to say - I did not leave happy. My smile wasn't the same, my bite was off and worst of all - the jaw pain from 20 years ago was starting again. After 2 years of trying to deal with it, I was referred to Dr. Mohr. Best. Referral. Ever. He took the time to listen to my concerns, to work with photos of my "old smile", and to come up with a plan. He did everything in stages - to make sure that everything felt and looked right, and that all of the issues I had were being addressed. They pay attention to the little details, and that is what makes all of the difference. Dr. Mohr and Nicole made sure that I was comfortable and pain free while the work was being done. And - I always got a call the next day to see how I was feeling. The work is now complete and I had my final "once over" this morning. I could not have asked for a better outcome. The teeth are perfect, my smile looks like it is supposed to, my bite is as it should be, the pain is gone and I'm headache free! Dr. Mohr and his staff make going to the dentist a pleasant experience. They are all friendly, funny, understanding, and just all around good people who do great things. I can't say enough about them. From Becky helping to coordinate payments and scheduling, Nicole making me laugh (and making sure I'm pain free) while the work is being preformed and Dr. Mohr working his magic -- you can rest assured that you are in good hands with them!

He genuinely cares about each and every case he has and is committed to providing the best dental treatment. He's meticulous and strives for perfection. He has incredible bedside manners and walks you through the entire process, making sure you fully understand. This is from AMY TENENBAUM. I can't say enough about Dr. Mohr and his staff. I have been wanting veneers for the longest time and didn't know where to go. He was recommended to me so I gave him a try. From the moment I walked into the office I knew I was in the right place. The entire staff is so friendly, caring and professional. Dr. Mohr takes his time and really explains the procedure in detail. He makes you feel like you are the most important person in the world.The end result was beautiful natural perfect smile. I highly recommend him and I will also now be switching myself and my family to use as our family dentist. Hands down the best dental practice I have been to!!!!!

I was out of town visiting family and unfortunately chipped a tooth that couldn't wait to be fixed until I got home. Luckily I came across Dr. Mohr's office and he was able to fix me up quickly! His entire office was amazing from the moment I got there and I truly can't thank them enough for helping me with this fiasco...needless to say it would have been a bummer to have a chipped tooth the rest of my vacation! Thank you Dr. Mohr and team for helping this Texas gal out!!

Who would ever think that major dental work would be pleasant and a WONDERFUL experience ! From my first appointment with Dr. Mohr, I felt welcome and I was treated with respect. My consultation was thorough and Dr. Mohr took the time to answer all my questions, never did I feel any pressure. Recommendations were made and then I had an opportunity to think about what my next step would be. With my two daughters getting married, I wanted an amazing smile, but I had personal things to consider so I took some time to make a decision. After seeing "before and after" photos and hearing wonderful things about the work that Dr. Mohr does, I decided to move forward. Staff was extremely helpful in scheduling my appointments and tried to accommodate my schedule as best as possible. It was a pleasure dealing with the office staff - - they are all exceptional and professional, many of them with Dr. Mohr for dozens of years - - they are like a family. The office is clean and extremely well run, appointments are timely which is critical since everyone is so busy nowadays. I was extremely anxious during my first visit. Dr. Mohr and his staff were patient, understanding and kind. He took the time to explain every step of every procedure. Most importantly, he made sure I was comfortable and pain-free. It was reassuring knowing that Dr. Mohr has years of experience and a wealth of knowledge. Dr. Mohr is not only an exceptional cosmetic dentist, he is an "artist" and takes tremendous pride in his work! The icing on the cake was when Dr. Mohr presented me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers on my last visit, thanking me for my trust in him, referring my daughter to him, and congratulating me on my recent engagement. WOW!!!! I am extremely grateful for my experience and highly recommend Dr. Mohr. I can't stop smiling! Thank you Dr. Mohr and staff!

It has taken me a very long time to find an office that I feel comfortable going to. I am so happy that I found Dr. Mohr's office and team. Everyone at the office is kind and courteous. Dr. Mohr was able to create and execute a plan that worked for my various needs. Dr. Mohr welcomed all of my questions and always answered them honestly and without making me feel embarrassed. Every member of the office is extremely patient, caring, and attentive. I never felt any pressure to rush into any of my procedures. My experience here has been life changing!

Dr. Mohr was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so grateful I followed through with the recommendation. Dr. Mohr and his entire staff were amazing. I am always very anxious at the dentist and they did a great job in making me feel comfortable and anxiety free, especially Nikki, who was always so wonderful and reassuring. I'm extremely pleased with the results of my smile transformation. I needed a crown and a veneer on my front teeth. It was not an easy color match, however, the results are beautiful and natural. I couldn't be happier! Dr. Mohr is meticulous with many years of experience and I truly valued Nikki's input every step of the way! I highly recommend this office! You will not be disappointed!

Dr. Mohr is horrible and unfit to be a dentist I will never return to his office. He has worst bedside manner I have ever experienced and made me feel very uncomfortable. I would have walked out but I was in the middle of a treatment. He needs to be investigated for his aggressive behavior. To make it worse, I complained to his assistant and she laughed it off. she advised that he's always like this. Really? always like this? Then why isn't anything being done about.

This place is absolutely amazing. Everyone in the office is so warm and welcoming. Dr. Mohr is extremely passionate about his work, and its very evident in his attention to detail and his explanation of the actions he's taking along the way. Through his work Dr. Mohr transformed my smile from a 3 to a 10. I've had a lot of dental work done over my life and no other dentist has been able to provide a pain free, and relaxing experience like Dr. Mohr. He's also just a pretty cool dude. I don't think I have ever been inspired to leave a public review in my entire life before now. If you are on the fence about getting work done or just don't know where to begin you owe it to yourself to see Dr. Mohr. He was an absolute gentleman from start to finish and left no doubt as to why he's one of the best in the business. The entire office was welcoming and accommodating and defied every stereotype of a trip to the dentist. I don't know what else to say except go to this man and let him hook it up you will not regret it.
