Allan K. Bernstein, D.D.S., focuses his practice exclusively on orofacial pain disorders (TMD), and obstructive sleep apnea/snoring. He has been in practice in the Phoenix Valley since 1978. Dr. Bernstein received his dental training at McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and completed his dental internship at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore MD. He continues to enhance and refine his clinical expertise through ongoing training and professional involvement in TMD, as well as the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea with the use of oral appliances, an area he expanded his practice to include since 1986.
For a number of years, he has been an invited speaker at various conferences, both locally and in other cities throughout the U.S. He has co-authored articles on both TMD and Sleep disordered breathing.

I have seen Dr. Bernstein, and Dr. Core, I highly recommend either Dr. It was the best thing I ever did getting rid of that C PAP machine and getting the mouth guards, no more fighting with those darn hoses and irritated nostrils! I love my new appliances!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Core Sleep. I started coming in June 2022 because of a snoring and sleep issue. They were great at diagnosing me with sleep apnea and helping me with overcoming it. I absolutely disliked the sleep device/mouth guard at night because it felt sooo weird lol but now I'm used to it. So far my results are great and I can tell my sleep has improved tremendously, my husband even notices the difference. Thank you so much and I can't wait to kick this issue to the curb and be cured so I don't have to sound like a pig while I sleep.

The office personnel was very professional. Waiting time was short. I saw Dr. Core. I liked him a great deal. The young lady that worked with him was fabulous. Everything was explained in detail for me. I highly recommend this office if you're dealing with sleep apnea. I wrote this first review after going to the office once. But apparently I forgot to post it. I must say Dr. Core has given me my life back. I'm not tired all the time, I have energy, I dream! Oh yes I have fabulous dreams. I'll actually sleep at night. He is the best if you have issues with sleep apnea go see him. Dr. Core is amazing. His staff is fantastic also.

My TMJ and years of pain are being solved in a matter of months. I question why I waited so long. This office is "old school". No frills but gold old fashion medicine.
