This is the worst place to go this lady has no idea what she's doing you leave there with your mouth feeling worse than you came in and then she doesn't want to take you back in to fix her mistakes Doesn't even know how to fill out the prescription paper right she put a post in for my daughter and the next day she woke up in so much pain call the dentist back she would not fix nothing told us she didn't have time to get her back in to look at it Poor kid has been crying in bed for five days had to go to the hospital We finally found a real dentist that took care of the problem so stay away from this one The people in our town call her the butcher

Dr. Ilinsky and her staff have given me service that I have never had as a patient. Wish I had her years ago. Not one of my other dentists knew where to inject the Novocaine as well as she does. Makes it easier for a person like me who dreaded going to the dentist so much that I would rather have dealt with bad teeth. Thanks to Dr Ilinsky and her staff.

Made an appointment 4 months ago for routine care. They called me a week before the appointment to tell me it was cancelled due to lack of staff and they said they could not offer another appointment. Months wasted and no care. Very unprofessional.

Very pleasant & clean office. The dentist has hands as light as a butterfly; you barely know she's working on you. Efficient and reasonable fees.

Love the dentist always makes you feel comfortable and completely numb especially when getting a filling. All staff is nice and friendly. Hygienist sometimes seem to rush and are not that gentle leaving mouth/gums sore.

I have been going to this dentist since she opened and have had nothing but good experiences with this office. I've recommended Dr. Illinsky to many of my friends who have also been happy with this office.

I made an appointment here for a cleaning since my regular dentist had to cancel twice and due to Covid it had been a year. When I arrived they said they would not clean without X-rays. After discussion they asked me to call my dentist to send X-rays which I did, leaving a message with the request. Then they told me they contacted my insurance and said I had never been xrayed. So I had to sign a waiver saying I refused the X-rays. The cleaning began. The oral hygienist began to tell me what she was doing and what she was going to do. Because of Covid, because I clearly wasn't wearing a mask (she was) and because of proximity, I told her it wasn't necessary for her to explain everything to me. She said 'You don't have to be so rude!' So I explained that I i was sorry but it was due to Covid that the less talking the better since I was not wearing a mask. She was done within 10 minutes and exactly 22 minutes after my arrival the dentist was examining the cleaning. I mentioned the rapid cleaning that seemed very superficial and Dr. Ilinsky said she could clean teeth in 20 minutes. So I thanked them and said I wouldn't be returning because it usually takes 45-80 minutes for my cleaning and I preferred a more thorough job. No, I didn't mention that I also prefer a gentler oral hygienist. When I was in my car less than 30 minutes after I arrived I called my regular dentist who said they were sending the X-rays - the ones said did not exist base on the insurance card information that this dental office provided me with. No, I'll never go back and I've already complained to my insurance company.

Have lived in the community for 3 years and the quality of service is widely reviled by most people whom I have spoken with. Best wishes for the Doctor, but the numbers are not very good for getting quality care.

Love it here!! So caring, clean office, friendly, and informative. I have had many procedures done here including a bridge, root canal and wisdom teeth extraction among others. Every time Dr. Ilinsky is the absolute best! Best dentist I have been to in a while.

Removed 1 molar and left the roots, saying both that the roots would work themselves out and that it was fine if they stay..Massive infection followed, requiring removal of roots by oral surgeon and removal of adjacent molar do to damage from abscess. Total chop shop.. no respect; all about the money.
