The best dental care, you can obtain an appointment quickly. The cleaning is awesome! My teeth looked and felt great. The dentist and hygienist were both great, they were friendly, explained everything in detail and cared if I had any discomfort. Office is nice and clean. Ladies at the front desk always greats you with a smile. There is no hidden fees, everything is explained in advance. They also explain your insurance plan to you. Another treat is after dental care Martha's bakery is right down stairs. Great location. Handicapped accessible, elevator building.

My experience was with the oral surgeon and not the general dentist. I was referred from another dental office for gum recession surgery in preparation for a crown and root canal. Surgery itself is fine. He is a good surgeon. Anything else there is a question mark. Not sure if he has a bad day or what. If he needs to continue to see and treat patients he must change his attitude. I am a physician myself.

It felt more like a used car sales lot than a dental office. They make up reasons why you need more of their services then bring in the receptionist who doubles as a sales pusher to explain their services. And of course everything is out of pocket and they need the cash upfront. I don't recommend going here- it's a very dishonest practice.

Been here 3 times: 1) Routine cleaning: positive experience 2) Deep cleaning for full mouth, have appt. from 4-5PM, been told they can only do left quadrant once arrived, and asked me to come back next time for right half. Experience was good except no advance communication on doctor leaving earlier, and I have to come again 3) Deep cleaning for the right quadrant ONLY 5 minutes on the cleaning. Quality - QUESTIONABLE Below is the full story is anyone interested: 1) Routine cleaning: was few minutes late , called the front desk, they said it's ok. Once I arrived, they were friendly, didn't wait long, in and out fast. They recommended me to do a deep cleaning, everything till this point was good. 2) Had my appt. from 4-5PM, I received an msg asking me if I could be there at 3:30. Unfortunately, I cannot make it, but they are fine to keep it at 4. I arrived a few minutes early, only waited for a few minutes at the lobby, and guided inside. They told me the cost upfront, which was good. But I was told by the doctor that she needs to leave 30 minutes earlier, so they can only do left quadrant deep cleaning, and ask me to come back next time. Which is a BUMMER and was not communicated beforehand. So I was there from 4 to 4:30PM. Quality of service was good, I feel the doctor was very thoughtful, and spent at least 20 minutes going through the process. She told me my left quadrant is better than my right side, so she only spent 20 min. on it, but my right quadrant is worse, and she needs to numb it next time, and at least 40 minutes on my right side 3) My third appt. is from 4-5PM today, confirmed the appt. by msg last Friday at 4PM, today I received an msg saying they bumped up my appt. to 3:30PM, no reason given. I arrived 5 minutes late, but front desk were still nice, guided to the room, and Dr. Mikhaylova numb my right quadrant for cleaning, In the meantime, they started working on mold for a teeth on my left quadrant (I need a crown, so I guess they trying to save time), they spent roughly like 10-15 minutes on it. After the mold was done, they were working on deep cleaning, which was SUPER FAST, she only spent like 5 minutes on it, and told me its' done. When I walked out, and I asked the front desk, is it normal that it only takes 5 minutes for deep cleaning as the last doctor told me she needs like 40 minutes. The Front Desk was helpful and helped me to ask the doctor again. Then guided me back to the office to clean it again. I thought it would be more thoughtful, but it turns out it's another 5 minutes clearing. So, deep cleaning on my left quadrant is roughly 20 minutes total, My right quadrant, which I've been told is worse than the left quadrant, is roughly 10 minutes total. Don't feel the service was worth it.

As most of the dentists in this country, even this office will charge you thousands of dollars for cheap labor on your teeth! Shame!!!

I and my husband have been the patients of Dr.Hart for many years, until her daughter, Helen, took over the practice. Dr. Hart is a diligent and devoted dentist. Unfortunately, her daughter, Dr. Aronoff told me and my husband to come to his office and get the implants and crowns done with him. That's what we did. Dr. Mikhaylova, cares not about the quality, but money only. She is a sweet talker, but a horrible dentist ( the quality of her work is very low. She is inexperienced and does more damage than help ).

No dentophobia here! Took my son for his first dental cleaning. The doctor was professional, patient, gentle and caring. The office was modern and clean. The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly when coordinating our appointments for multiple family members. So excited to have found a dental practice that satisfies all of our family's needs!

Beautiful new location, lovely office and courteous staff. Dr. Mikhaylova is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Her office truly offers the best dental experience one can have, and wait time is virtually non-existent. She's also terrific with kids and offers a unique approach that keeps them calm and engaged - my 5 year old is actually excited to go back. Thrive is VERY GOOD, would highly recommend. Dr. Mikhaylova lives up to the hype.

Been going to Dr. Mikhaylova for years. She and her staff are very friendly and they work with you. I'm always impressed with how much time they spend with you as a patient, very knowledgeable and thorough. They also send reminders which are very helpful to keep you going to the dentist.
