Today I had a broken denture repaired with Marks Dentures. It was a very nice experience. They took care of me swiftly, and the work they did on my denture was better than the original done by someone else, somewhere else. I highly recommend them!

I was a patient at this office for over 30 years. Dr. Richard Clegg was the owner & dentist at the beginning. He was fast, efficient & great. His assistants & office people were fantastic. As he & I grew older, Dr. Clegg retired as did I. The new dentist, Dr. Baire is nice. The front desk people are nice. The office manager, Jodie, is the reason I am no longer a patient. She seems to do the plan of care & is very pushy. I felt I was being forced into a procedure I didn't want. Implants rather than a crown. My first impression was, wow, all about money, not what I want or can afford. The previous biller didn't do that. The dentist did the plan, then the procedure. My insurance was billed & what remained as my portion , I paid. Not now. It's money upfront. I want to work with my dentist on my needs. I don't want to work with the office manager/biller on my care plan. The dentist has the training. I just could not deal with her any longer. It's sad that one person ruined a 30 year relationship with that office.

I can't begin to tell you how comfortable I feel when I go to All Valley Dental. They always treat everyone like family. I love the people that work there and our Dentist.

I've never had a dentist that I've actually enjoyed going to. Dr. Frick and his staff are AWESOME! They are timely, great to talk to, and good at what they do.

The people are are very friendly and eager to ensure the visit goes well (shout out to Ashley). That said, this was my first visit to a dentist in a long time. I needed 2 crowns put in, and had very clear about my limited dental experience. For the first crown I was told to bite down for a molding but was not made aware (no one checked?) that I was biting incorrectly. When trying to put in a temporary crown, they realized incorrect bite on the first visit. However, they failed to fix the original mold despite me telling them I had used the same bad bite for the temporary. This has been annoying for me and them, as the permanent crown came out way too tall and has had to be ground down on two different visits (the dentist also ground down a bit of the tooth across from the crown which now feels sensitive when chewing, but I can't definitely say it's because of the dental work since I haven't used it to chew in a while). That said, they have been very earnest about fixing the issue and were extremely diligent when doing the molding for the second crown because of the past issues with my bite. (Edit) When I revisited them and mentioned that tooth was sensitive after it was ground it down, the dentists made a joking, and somewhat inappropriate, reply and moved on without acknowledging my comment or the pain. Pretty disappointed with my that interaction.. Update. 2 years later and the "permanent crown" has now fallen off. This experience just keeps getting worse.
