We had a wonderful experience here with my two year old. He had a hard time with the experience because it was his first time but everyone was so understanding, patient, and kind.

Dr. John is the absolute best of the best when it comes to dentistry AND being amazing with kids. His assistants and hygienists are kind, gentle, and super patient. I never thought my kids would LOVE coming to the dentist, but they do. The environment is impeccably clean, and kid oriented. All of these qualities make this a very popular dentist and while I cannot imagine ever going somewhere else for a pediatric dentist, it's very difficult to get appointments. You have to know your schedule six months in advance. If a child has a toothache, you will be asked to wait more than 30 days to get the problem fixed. I find this quite unreasonable to allow a child to be in pain so long. If office management could find a solution to this issue, All Stars would definitely have more than 5 stars. Editing this in response so future patients can understand. This has not been my first time having to fight to get children in pain seen sooner. I called yesterday to see if we could get in earlier than our scheduled appointment because my daughter had a toothache. This established that my daughter was in pain. I was initially told no. Not a big deal, we had an appointment a few days later. I was placed on the cancellation list and got an appointment the next day. Great. She was seen today, again, her and I reiterated she was in pain. We were given a treatment plan and when I tried to schedule the appointment for her, the same one that we already said we were in early because she was, in fact, in pain, was for Dec. 5. (Today is 11/3). I had to again, be very demanding before my request was accommodated. I would have not left this review had this been my first experience like this. But unfortunately, this is a regular occurrence, despite me having discussed the problem with multiple people in the office. I was told they were working on it, but I have yet to see improvement.

I came here because I wanted to get a second opinion on dental work my son needed. The office we went to previously was highly recommended, but I left feeling disappointed, rushed, and had unanswered questions about his treatment plan. As a parent, you want to feel like you're making the right choice about where you're taking your children for care, and All Stars definitely made that happen for us. The office staff is very welcoming and friendly. The assistants are all so kind and make your child feel comfortable and safe. Dr. John did an amazing job at making my son feel comfortable. He was very informative going over the treatment plan, listened to my concerns and made sure the work would get done with the options we wanted. I also loved that the parents are able to be with their children during the cleaning and procedures, the first place we went to didn't allow that. The day of the dental work, I was blown away by how comfortable my son felt with the work that was getting done. I was expecting the worst, because he was very nervous, but he cooperated the whole time and that really shows you how good he felt being there. Everyone was so kind and Dr. John felt out the situation to make sure my son was comfortable and gave other options when my son started to get scared. Nothing was pushed or rushed, my son's wellbeing was his first and only concern. And of course, the office is suited just for kids, with the televisions, video games, play area in the waiting room, and the coin prize machines for after the visit. I am so thankful to have found this office for my children, and I know we will be coming here for the rest of their childhood. Thank you for all that you do!!

My kids were so comfortable here on their first visit because everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. The facility is clean and has fun stuff to occupy the kids while waiting. My daughter had a bad experience at another pediatric dentist so the hygienist here cleaned her tools in front of her to put her at ease. The Dr and Hygienists were very informative and listened to all my questions and concerns and answered each one. We live in Dahlonega but it is well worth the trip I would give 20 stars if I could!

All Stars is built around your kids. They have video games, give out goody bags (no candy :) ), and have prize machines for ending the visit. All of the dental hygiene area is open with adult benches to be present. The rooms for more serious work allow you to be present to help calm your kids. Then there is a final exam room where Dr. John does the final assessment. Our group of 4 all fit while going through this and any consulting. More importantly, this is where the kids get tokens for the prize machines. The staff is all smiles. You will love it.

We absolutely love it here. Wouldn't take my son anywhere else. They are kind and patient and explain everything they are doing to not only the parents, but your children. It's just a great- highly recommend!

Went in to get a stubborn baby tooth pulled for my 10 year old daughter. The office staff, dental assistant and Dr. John could not be any nicer. I was so impressed how they went out of their way to make sure she and I were comfortable. Office is a fun atmosphere and my daughter loved that they were showing Moana!

We have been seeing Dr. John since 2016. i'm so glad i had seen the billboard for his practice. The staff is friendly and communicates what needs attention with brushing or flossing. We all have days when we're not ourselves, but Dr. John is always friendly when greeting and with his patients. We moved to Pickens county in 2020 and still make the drive for appointments. We're that pleased with All Stars!

We had our first visit today and the entire process was absolutely great! It very well could be the most proficient medical office I've ever been to. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Dr. John is the best pediatric dentist around! I cannot say enough kind things about this wonderful man, his staff and their approach to children with a fear of dentistry. My oldest saw a different dentist when he was young that traumatized him badly. Dr. John has been so gentle and patient with him. In fact, his last dental procedure he had to have anesthesia at another dental office because he had so much fear over what happened when he was smaller. Today, Dr. John was able to pull my son's tooth, in the office, with just a local anesthetic. My son totally trusts him. If I could give him 10 stars I would!

My daughter was scared to go to a new dentist. They were all so friendly and accommodating. They thoroughly explained everything and made sure she was ready and not scared. The hygienist was able to clean her teeth better than any other visit at a different dentist, and Dr. John was so nice. She said this dentist was so much fun!
