My son appointment with Dr.KiKi went so well. Dr.Kiki made my son feel very welcomed, she was so gentle and explained everything to me on what procedure my son needed done. With no hesitation, Dr. Kiki asked Dakota, does he prefer everything done today or 2 separate visits. (Basically allowing the child to have a input) in which I love. Secondly during the procedure she actually took the time to know her patients and talked about Sports and all. Most dentist don't care and just get their work done. She made sure his appointment went accordingly and smoothly. I would highly recommend Dr Kiki to anyone. Thank you Dr Kiki

I gave 1 star because of the head nurse. She is very rude and aggressive. Of course she didn't give me her name. After I called to complain about her the same day as my son's visit. They tell me the manger wants to talk to me. She comes in and I told her my problem was with her. Then she act surprise talking about "me". I love the other ladies and the Dr. That's the only reason I keep coming. But they need to replace her asap. Not a good person to have on staff at all. Please do better.

I love Dr. KiKi and her sweet Dental team! I've visited many dentists in the Chicago area finding the right Dr. for my childrens dental care needs and after 1 visit I knew All Star Dental would be our home Dentist! I highly recommend All Star Dental!!

There is nothing ALL-STAR about this facility. I've taken my daughter to this location a few times and the receptionists were often rude to certain groups of people (just pay attention). They often laugh and talk in Spanish after they finish talking to certain clients. My daughter's last visit was a 30-sec cleaning that belongs in the Guinness Book of World Record. The younger dentist (40 ish) is arrogant but the older one (50 ish), is the most professional, not sure if he left or not because we had to deal with the younger one. I wasn't pleased with that at all especially because this was the first visit after my daughter's wisdom teeth were removed by the older dentist. The facility appears to primarily service children but often Jerry Springer, Maury, or some political side-show is on tv. On my way checking out one woman had to ask if they could turn it on something else for children, smh... BUT FINALLY, we received her records and complete transfer! THANK YOU GOD! I am SO happy I overcame that dreadful experience but I will report to BBB because there is no way people should get paid to provide unprofessional and mediocre service to the community, then talk down on others because they are wolves in sheep clothing

Dr.Kiki is amazing!!! When it comes down to handling children who may be head strong or stubborn she is the answer. My son had a lot of work done in a short span of time. My son was literally eating and talking hours after she had pulled teeth. Capped and all! I live her disposition. One thing I liked as well, one of her assistants slighted me in regards to my child's teeth. I have always been responsible in regards to his check ups; however with smaller kids, things can go left in a matter of months. I also hold my son accountable to a certain extent as to help build his moral compass and ensure he is responsible.. well learned. I was going to address the matter directly Ethernet the two; however the dr was very professional and I noticed I never saw the medical assistant who attempted to alight me in the presence of my child while he was already under duress. Fat story skinny, Dr. Kiki is the bomb. Very compassionate and relatable. Love the rest of the staff minus that small discomfort! Excellent services, clean facility, great decor and atmosphere for children to cap it all off! Trust me!

Because of this place my son is terrified anytime we walk into a dentists office. To be a pediatric dentist, not great with kids at all. My regular dentist office which is not pediatric is much better. Also doctor made very inappropriate comment while working on 5 year old sons teeth.

Such a lovely staff. They are very friendly and helpful when I had questions. My child loves going to the dentist. Only place he has been to. They made him feel comfortable, safe, and even answered his questions. Very happy with my experiences here. They are so kind to the children here. Very important.

Mary the receptionist was very rude during my visit today. My son had an appointment at 10:30 which I canceled because of her unprofessional behavior. Apparently there should be a number left for you to text to let them know that you're here before your appointment however I was only asked about the health of the children via text and was sent no other instruction. Instead of Mary explaining to me like a professional what steps I should take she sat and went back-and-forth with me about a number Insisting that I received the message. Technical mishaps happens all the time so we can't expect things to go as they should when we're dealing with technology. Just as they still have the after hours voicemail coming up when you're calling when the office should be open for service. Thanks Mary.

Took my foster son here because of my daughter's great experience.. The staff is gifted to deal carefully with children. My son of course had some discomfort but overall did amazing with having to get three crowns. I will definitely recommend them over & over again. Five stars for sure!

Front office respectful and down to business. The dentist I think her name was Keke I can't remember but she was great. Thank you. I was surprised to find out she wasn't in any pain after the numbness wore off.
